Vacation rentals with beach access in Marathon

Norma was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Her replies were prompt and she provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. She checked in with us frequently. Her rental is adorably nautical, clean and well-maintained. I loved her style! She made sure we had everything we needed.

Gorgeous spot! We stayed 3 nights and felt right at home in Laurie’s beautifully decorated apartment. It was very comfortable & we loved the pool and pool bar & the beach was stunning! I highly recommend this spot while visiting the area.

Had a fantastic stay! The home is very nicely decorated, the beds were super comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Of you intend to hop around to the different parts of the keys this is a good location in between everything. Very peaceful, safe, and easy to find and access.

We had a wonderful time staying at Michael’s place. It was exactly as described, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Michael was a fantastic host: communicative, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy balcony area for morning coffee. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Thanks again, Michael!

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Loved our stay here at Zachary's place. The condo was stunning, and there was so much to enjoy nearby. Zachary was super responsive and helpful with everything, especially with trying to reserve a slip for our boat at the marina. Would absolutely stay here again and can't wait to.

We enjoyed our stay at Keith's place. The kitchen was well stocked except for having only one hand towel which we had to wash a few times. We loved being able to make coffee every morning and sip it on the patio, there is a drip coffee maker and plenty of filters. We purchased coffee and other food at Winn Dixie which is a very short drive, less than 5 minutes. The view from the balcony is even nicer than the photos. Traffic was congested at times because of road construction so we had to leave ourselves extra time to get to places. There were a lot of activities we did like scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, shopping, etc and Keith's place was in a great location to do everything we wanted and a short drive to many restaurants. Keith gave good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The Roku TV was nice, easy to watch anything we wanted and also to stream Netflix, etc. If in the keys, we would definitely book Keith's place again.

We just loved our stay in Key Colony. Everything about Yuni’s home was perfect. Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels. Soft beach towels and coolers were provided which saved space in suitcases not having to pack. The private beach area has soft sand and plenty of chairs too. Yuni has a storage unit with additional chairs and beach gear that made out beach trip to Bahia Honda that much easier. The amazing coffee maker saved me hundreds on not needing to buy coffee out everyday for all of us. Morning cup of coffee in the comfortable lounge chairs and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view is something you must experience. The location was great, close to state parks, the turtle hospital, 7 mile bridge, Amazing restaurants and grocery stores. You can not go wrong booking with Yuni and staying at Turtles Pace. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Our stay in Marathon couldn’t have gone any better! I traveled with my three 20-something sons and their wives/significant others. The layout of Gerardo’s home was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room, places to enjoy together, and space where everyone could find some peace and quiet. The location was ideal. We were within an easy driving distance of all excursions and restaurants and could even walk to Island Fish Company, which was one of our favorites. Gerardo was extremely responsive. He checked in prior to our arrival and touched base a couple of times to make sure there was nothing we needed. An excellent home I recommend to others with no hesitation!!

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! This home is even more than the pictures show! It is an extraordinary home for people who love the sun, shade, beach, and the beautiful home just makes it a luxurious vacation. I could not find one aspect I didn’t love.❤️

Our 7 day stay was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. The location was somewhat remote but only a short drive into Marathon. We hope to come back soon!!!

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

Sandra's place was very nice and clean. She was very reponsive with any and all questions. The accomodations are as listed. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I most enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the ocean. All you need is you, clothes, and the memories you will make. The rest is provided. However I will note that I was expecting a "real" beach and it was more of a lagoon. although still nice. Thanks Sabdra I would definitely book again. 🙂

I had a great stay at Vanessa’s place! The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Vanessa was an excellent host with great communication throughout the entire stay. There was one minor water issue on the last day that affected the whole community, but it was addressed and resolved quickly. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Kimberly’s condo was the perfect home base for exploring the upper keys. We enjoyed the views, the well equipped kitchen, and the pool!

This is a top notch airbnb. Excellent communication from the host, extremely clean, well stocked condo, generous supplies beautiful decor. We stayed 8 days in the condo and felt right at home. Loved the large pool. We caught many fish and cooked at the condo all but 2 evenings and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Really appreciated the assortment of coolers provided for day trips. Thank you again, John!

This was a great place to stay in Tavanier! Very close to Key Largo and a short drive to all the charters and activities in Islmarada. Very roomy condo with every at home convenience. Great community pool that had food and drinks available on site from Island Grill. Will definitely consider staying here again. Also.....our host "Largo" was great to deal with. Nice, Friendly, and quick to answer any questions. My boys and I had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay Beautiful condo extremely clean clear instructions wonderful place to stay pool and hot tub area are amazing. You can swim anytime which is really nice. Most places the pool closes at dusk. There is a nice poolside little restaurant and also a restaurant right by the beach area really convenient would go back there anytime
