You’ve arrived at the lake! Relax, you are at sunset point cottage. Located literally on the water's edge of south center lake sits this well-appointed super chic cottage. It has 2 small bedrooms, one with a full bed, a second bedroom with bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room making this a sleeping capacity of 6.....but most comfortable with 4. Excellent swimming and fishing right off the dock!!! We have a paddle boat and a canoe to use:) There is a reason our guests keep coming back!

This is next to our home on a 3 acre property so you have plenty of privacy & your own outdoor space in back of the cabin with a fire pit area. Our parents built this darling 4-season cottage by hand in 1950. Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
