Monthly Rentals in Manhattan

Untitled is a cozy spot. Staff were nice. Rooms are just the right amount of space. Rooftop bar is pretty elegant and the view is amazing up there. Subway stop is a block away. You also have plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple blocks as well.

I had a wonderful time. I was in New York City for about 6 weeks over a 2.5 month period and rented the room for the entire time. The building was a spectacular 150 year old Brownstone in a wonderful neighborhood in the mid-/upper-east side. It was a relatively quite neighborhood and was easy to get around the entire city. The Rear Library room had great ambiance, was clean, and was a perfect place for this relatively short term stay. Lia, the owner was accommodating and very helpful when I planned the trip and during my stay. If I every have a similar need for a rental in New York City, I will stay at 1871 House again.

I had an exceptional experience staying at Bea's place and can’t recommend it enough! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and safe, with convenient access to nearby attractions and transportation. The accommodations were outstanding, and Bea’s proactive communication and attentiveness made us feel completely at home. She was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Anna’s place is in a great neighborhood. There are plenty of things to do in the area. The building itself is also very nice. The entrance is clean. The kitchen is average size. It is also always tidy. The room itself is perfect. The bed is very comfortable and warm. The restroom is surprisingly large (by Manhattan standards). Anna is also a great host. If you have question or a problem she will reply quite quickly. I would gladly stay here again. If you need a place in the city and this one is available, you should take it. Thanks Anna!
