Up the steps to the bathroom with a fresh, waterless, European electric toilet. Close to nature, beaches, markets, walks, cafes and fun.

Beautiful studio unit located within a 5 minute drive to Black Swamp Beach and 3 minute drive to Mangawhai Village. Comfortable king bed. Free wifi, TV with Netflix. Espresso coffee machine. Shower and toilet. Upstairs unit with rural views. Small private outdoor area with table and chairs and BBQ. Off street parking. Unit is attached to the side of our family home but is completely separate with own entrance. Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child, not suitable for 3 adults. No smoking or vaping.
