I had a truly fantastic stay! 🌟 The location was serene and peaceful, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Throughout the day, you can hear birds chirping, and the fresh, clean air adds to the refreshing ambiance. A natural stream flows behind the stay, where birds play freely, and kids can enjoy watching the fishes swim—such a delightful experience! The amenities were top-notch. The swimming pool was sparkling clean, and the entire stay was tastefully designed, creating a calm and rejuvenating vibe. Every corner of the place reflects thoughtful curation, making it a perfect getaway. A special shoutout to Anand, who was exceptional in taking care of us and ensuring smooth communication. And Shekhar Uncle—what a gem! He made our stay extra special by engaging my 4-year-old daughter in fun farm activities, from introducing her to chicks to sharing knowledge about trees and animals. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the warm hospitality extended to me during my recent stay at this beautiful home. Rekha & Sanjay, Your kindness and welcoming nature made me feel instantly at ease. The house itself is a perfect retreat, offering comfort and tranquility in a peaceful setting. Its location, while a little removed from the city, proved to be a major advantage. The equidistant proximity to both the airport and the city, without having to navigate the chaotic Hebbal junction, was a real bonus. I particularly appreciated Sanjay’s generosity in allowing me to use his parking spot. and thank Rekha for sharing some delicious produce from their garden I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would wholeheartedly recommend your home to anyone visiting Bangalore. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

We’re a newly married couple and had come here for a short getaway — and it was everything we hoped for and more! Manasa had decorated the place so beautifully, and the entire villa felt warm, cozy, and inviting. She’s an amazing host — very attentive, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The caretakers, Sanjay and Santosh, were also incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely wonderful and the food was delicious as well. All in all, it was a perfect little escape — would highly recommend!

A perfect getaway ! The place is gorgeous and very well maintained. The interior is beautifully decorated and has a lot of classic wooden theme. It's fully equipped with everything you need like games, art and open space. The surrounding is full of canals, water streams and greenery all around. The food was also great and staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, cozy and had all the amenities. Jaggruthi was an outstanding host and made sure our stay was amazing and without any hiccups. Thankyou for being a super host. Overall great for anyone looking to getaway, staycation and perfect for big groups too. Rating: 5/5 , will definitely visit again for a longer stay.

we stayed for a couple of days and loved the place. There are lots of trees and they were full of mangoes which was such a pleasing sight. there are some activities planned in the evening which would be fun for kids and adults alike. It is good for a quiet peaceful stay and the food was decent too. only thing that bothered us was the mattresses and we felt they weren’t the most comfortable. overall a nice stay.

It is private property. We had the whole home for ourselves. Great for friends/family. It is 20-30 minutes drive from main tourist attractions. We were able to swiggy McD, KFC, and other options. Easy checkin checkout Has hot water facility, car park for 1 inside. Liked the stay. Went with 5 friends

The property did justice to the pictures shown on Airbnb. it was a very beautiful experience for us at this property, surrounded by nature and greenery. the pool also adds on to the amazing view. Samanth was very helpful and proactive in getting us everything we needed during our stay. Overall it was a great place with excellent service from the Owner.

The farmhouse was perfect for 2 and the river stretch right in front of the house is beautiful and peaceful. The host provided us with all instructions to reach safely. The outside is very pretty and the farmhouse had lights and a bonfire available at night. The only difficult part was that zomato did not deliver and Swiggy had a few limited places available. There is no help at the estate so no homely food or tea/coffee All amenities were provided in the kitchen for cooking but we're quite old and oiled stained - we didn't use the kitchen as it didn't seem to be cleaned very regularly. There were old bottles in the fridge and some utensils had food stains left behind from previous use. Overall we had a very peaceful and pleasant stay by the river! Would recommend for a rustic and budget peaceful stay.

Excellent Stay at Tej Homestay I had a wonderful experience at Tej Homestay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The hospitality provided by Tej and Jyoti Ji was truly commendable. Tej is very friendly and makes sure guests feel at home, while Jyoti Ji is extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. The place was really in middle of the farms and was beautiful without the hustle bustle of city. It’s near to Mysore and Varuna lake is just 2 kms away from this place. The host also provided home cooked meals at reasonable prices and was friendly. The kitchen and bathroom was also very clean. It was a great experience considering I have a baby and a pet. Thanks !

very very clean house --- zero zero dust. i wanted to thank the management with an extra tip but somehow i got busy during checkout .... thank you --- additional advantage is that these people check the ID's of the people coming inside their apt which makes it safer for them and us as well -- which means no wrong doings within the apt which keeps it neat and nice.

The map location was inaccurate and I couldn't reach the host as the number wasnt mentioned . cab could not negotiate the narrow street and dropped me in the middle of nowhere. Finally took the help of the host after getting connected thru Air B n B helpline. After check in everything was fine. The facility is in close proximity to the metro
