This was our third stay at Avi’s. Beautiful, peaceful location and spacious condo. Beaches, restaurants and activities are all close by. Avi is proactive in communication and quick to respond if there is an issue. Love this place!

The Surf Side Cottage was exactly as described. From the moment you step inside you feel the beachy relaxed vibe of the home and all the attention to detail Vanessa and Anthony have put into the cottage. it's perfect for a group needing a separate space or family gathering. Close to everything you could need and easy on and off I95. We hope to stay again when visiting family in the area!

Vanessa was a very responsive and accommodating host. I was in town for a wedding and it was a short drive to the venue and also to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the space had everything I needed. And at a great value! 2 nights here cost lest than 1 night at nearby hotels.

Beautiful place! Condo was on the top floor with a wonderful view. The neighbors were awesome. Love it there.
