Monthly Rentals in Maidstone

We had a comfortable stay at Claudia's apartment. It is a brand new development. Communication with Claudia was good with quick responses. We had a minor issue upon arrival which was solved fairly quickly following a call with Claudia. Also, the check in instructions could be a little clearer for which we have provided feedback so this should be better for anyone staying after us!

Amazing apartment! We had 6 adults and there was more than enough space for us. Looks exactly like the pictures - will definitely book again if I’m back in the area :)

I've stayed a month in the apartment. Located in very central of Maidstone, every place is just couple minutes walking away. Ollie was really helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend for short stays, for long stays the apartment could feel a bit small specially for 2 people.

Great stay in lovely and very clean apartment, very proactive and communicative hosts. Well worth the money and felt right at home for our 4 night stay. Thanks again 😊
