Monthly Rentals in Mahana

Wonderful place and great house! We felt home right away. Unfortunately we had a couple of rainy days so we were really happy that we had the whole house to ourselves. The nice big and we'll equipped kitchen and the comfy living room let us enjoy our time despite the rain outside. We were welcomed with a well stocked fridge! Beverage, cheese and cracker plate, butter, jams and honey, eggs, homemade bread and more. We loved it!

We enjoyed our long weekend away exploring Mapua, Ruby Bay and Kina Peninsula. The cottage is spacious and very clean. We found it relaxing an peaceful and it was lovely waking up to all the birds singing each morning. The gas bbq was a nice change for cooking dinner each night and Lynn was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying at Pear Tree on Bronte for 5 nights. It became our home away from home after a very busy couple of weeks exploring the South Island. We did lots of day trips from the cottage, and it was so lovely to have a beautiful place to come home to each afternoon. It has a very comfy bed, and an amazing shower (with great hair products! ) Very generous provisions provided by Lynn. And the deck… Comfortable furnishings, roll down blinds, and an ever-changing view of the beautiful estuary. Plentiful birdlife, a beautiful garden, and amazing star gazing made this place so special. Thanks Lynn!
