“Want to stay in a wonderful place with an outstanding host family? Stay here!! Clean and comfortable with attention to detail unmatched by most hosts, we give a 5 star rating and are not aware of any issues. If the location fits your plans, stay here, you will be glad you did!”
Our home is situated in a very quiet cul de sac, close to the airport and city centre as well as great local wineries and restaurants. You’ll love winding down at our place and relaxing in either your spa bath or the outdoors hot tub. Enjoy waking up to the smell of delicious freshly baked bread. A full Continental breakfast is provided including fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurts. Great for couples, but also families with children as there is a master bedroom available also - see below
“Our stay at Helen’s place was superb. The room was very comfortable, although our room offered a private bathroom which was downstairs, but that really didn’t make any difference. The breakfasts were lovely, lots of choices with home baked bread each morning! Although the location was slightly out of the centre of Blenheim it is in Springland which has eating, drinking, take-away choices and shops within an easy walk. Helen and John offered e-bikes to enable us to cycle the Marlborough Wine Trail very easily. Highly recommended for our three night stay.”
Abby's Shabby Shack is our contribution to the "Tiny House" movement, so please be prepared for a gas califont shower, composting toilet and sleeping platform amongst the trees!
“Peter's cottage was cute and quirky. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Would absolutely stay here next time I'm traveling through Blenheim. Of course with it being a tiny house there are limitations with some amenities but Peter has done a fantastic job to make the cottage as comfortable as a full sized apartment.”
