The deck looks out over a peaceful wooded area and is an excellent spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning. This is one of two dwellings situated on close to an acre of land. You'll enjoy privacy but owner is available if needed.

Relax on the two porches or grill out near the fire pit. Spacious kitchen for family meals; bathrooms on both levels and several gathering areas. Cozy up to the gas fireplace (seasonal) or enjoy a puzzle in the nook. Easy access, 14-50 EV plug.

Spend a romantic time in the 2 person hot tub overlooking the babbling creek. Build a fire in the fire pit & grill out on the covered porch. Enjoy some Corn Hole, play in the creek, embrace nature’s sounds with a nap in the hammock, take a quiet walk, or just sit and swing the day away watching nature!

Leatherwood Cottages Unit 2 which is in the city limits of Maggie Valley in the heart of the Great Smokey Mountains. This is a one-bedroom cottage (recently renovated) with a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are rocking chairs on the front porch to relax and enjoy the mountain views and wildlife. Cable TV with approximately 70 plus channels and wifi are provided.
