Monthly Rentals in Maenam Beach

We had an amazing stay at March! The place is very spaceous and is equipped with everything one might need. It was very clean, the beds are super comfortable and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. There is a nearby 7-eleven as well as a beach only 5 minutes of walking distance. March was always quick to respond to help us out with anything we needed. The price we payed was more than reasonable, and we hope to stay here again when we are back on Samui :)

Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

A lovely home and welcoming hosts. After following the clear directions to Naisamui, Benburachat and her husband warmly welcomed us. The bungalow is spacious towards the end of a bush lined driveway. It is homely with a large, extremely comfortable bed. There is a fan in the living area and good air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a large fridge- freezer, kettle, toaster, single ring induction hob with large lidded pan and frying pan. The bathroom is large with a good shower. The quiet clean beach is only 10 - 15 minutes flat walk away with plenty of shade and highly recommend a fantastic massage there! The main road is extremely busy but it can’t be heard once at the property. It is just over 5 minutes to the 7/11 & Lotus’s supermarkets across the road! There is also an afternoon market selling fresh produce. Benburachat responded promptly to all of our communications and arranged a taxi for our early departure. We thoroughly recommend this property on Koh Samui.

A very pleasant place to stay! It is located in a quiet area where only the noise of the jungle can be heard. Feeling peaceful! It's a bit far from the beach and local restaurants, but with a scooter it wasn't a problem. The house is really spacious and comfortable. Definitely a good value for money. Nice neighborhood, especially the cute ginger cat! Thanks Pung, everything was perfect. I totally recommend it!
