La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di due bagni con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di zanzariere. Parcheggio privato.

house surrounded by nature, the Mediterranean vegetation makes you smell the scent of mastic, a typical shrub of Sardinia. Quiet place, about 300 meters from the sea. The area is served by buses, a few kilometers away there are restaurants, markets, pharmacy, pizzerias, fruit and vegetables directly from the farmer. The climate is good, almost tropical. Charming house in the center of Costa Rei, located just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. This Villa can host up to 6 people, has a private garden, bbq, a patio and a first floor terrace with splendid sea view. Please note that the 2 floors of the house are not directly connected and that it is necessary to use an external spiral staircase (see published photo) to go up to the first floor of the house.
