Vacation rentals with a patio in Lympstone

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

A really nice place to stay. Easy to find and a good location as it’s a short walk into Exeter. Great communication from Dan and Pippa.

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Very nice flat, clean and well furnished with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen well stocked and some food included. Ample roadside parking nearby if you have multiple cars. Good shower, enjoyed our stay.

The studio was perfect for our needs. Small but perfectly formed, had everything you could wish for. Communication was excellent at every point. The breakfast supplies were so thoughtful. We used Strawberry Fields farm shop, 5 minutes away for pasties and cakes. Highly recommend place. Thanks Patricia.

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. We had a great week’s stay at Alison’s flat! It looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean on arrival, with lovely views out on the balcony of Brixham harbour. We were able to get parked pretty close to the flat for most of the week which was ideal for when we wanted to do a few trips out. It was easy to find and plenty of space just for the two of us. The steps going up and down to the flat weren’t an issue (we definitely got a good workout with the steps to and from the high street but that’s expected as most places are uphill). Communication with Alison was easy and for what we paid for the week, we thought it was great value for money. We would definitely return if we come back to Brixham in the future!

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

We had a brilliant stay at the townhouse! The most perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The house worked so well for our group size, each bedroom was beautiful and felt like being in a hotel but with the added bonus of lovely communal areas- big kitchen/diner and comfy lounge. Very generous with the amount of coffee/tea and biscuits provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The kingswood hotel was very helpful in explaining the parking and being on hand if we needed anything. Sidmouth itself is a wonderful place for a holiday and so much to do locally. We will be back!

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

I probably shouldn’t say this but for what you you get for your money, the price should be a bit higher by at least 10%, As in effect your hiring a whole cottage with a kitchen, front room etc and for the same price you couldn’t get a small room in a travel lodge but yet this place is absolutely stunning and your welcomed by a beautiful homemade cake and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The place is beautiful and peaceful and there’s plenty of walks on the doorstep. We have a 3 month old baby and Bec’s bless her supplied us a cot and baby bath which was all set up for us when we arrived, which saved us a ton of car space and packing. You cannot go wrong for what you pay genuinely this is a real Gem. There is a local pub which has tons to do for kids whilst adults can unwind and enjoy their break too, prices seem fair and they even have a swimming pool which you can hire out the whole thing privately. Thank you for our lovely stay and a first family holiday we won’t forget

Beautiful clean bungalow with peaceful large garden. Very well equipped and within walking distance of park and town centre. We enjoyed the games, the settees so comfortable. Beds big and comfy and nice bathroom. We liked everything about it.

Loved the cottage, very clean and comfortable. Lots of treats left for us, a real home from home. Tiny courtyard garden, for a glass of wine on a sunny evening. Perfect!

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Beautiful home and very comfortable stay. We were lucky with weather and could sit outside on front lawn and enjoy the stunning beach view but it would be just as nice in winter as the house is warm/cosy. Phil was great with communication and offered to provide us lifts to train station as we didn’t have a car (but taxis were also available to get around town). Lovely weekend away in Devon!

This was my second stay at Diana’s. Love the private garden and flat. The kitchen is well equipped and when we had a slight problem with the hob Diana answered straight away. It’s within walking distance of Tiverton and not far from the moors and the coast. It’s home to me as I was brought up in a local village and went to school in Tiverton. I would highly recommend the apartment and I will definitely use it again.

Before we arrived at Green Tor, our hosts (both Melanie and David) were extremely helpful and very responsive when asking any questions relating to the property, local activities and amenities, and the welcome booklet within the apartment contains some very good information, including menus of local restaurants. The property itself is absolutely superb! It's beautifully decorated with a high quality finish and attention paid to detail - we loved it! Views of the Jurassic coastline were stunning from the garden. It brings a smile to your face every morning! I can wholeheatedly recommend this property to anyone (especially couples) wanting to visit Lyme Regis. Thank you Melanie and David, we will definitely be returning! (Phil)

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

Jackies place is outstanding, shes thought of everything. We took my mum whos 92 with mobility issues it was perfect for her. Could easily get wheelchair through the house. Parking, a huge bonus and patio area. Easy level walk to town 10 mins and to seafront in minutes. We will be rebooking. Scones/cream milk on arrival thank you Jackie.

It’s a bigger place than it looks on the listing. Location could hardly be any better! We had a great time.
