Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lyme Regis

The property was stunning and the location was beautiful. Tracy was a wonderful host who took the time to greet us - even baking a delicious Victoria Sponge! She took the time to give us a tour of the property and explained where everything was which was incredibly helpful. There are a vast amount of games and leisure activities on site for all ages. Some of the adults even had a table tennis competition. There was ample space for everyone. We all loved staying for the weekend - 8 adults and a baby & toddler & we had family come and see us at the property as well. It Hank you Tracy for being such a lovely host.

Our stay was perfect and we absolutely loved the house, the location and all of the facilities and activities that we could do! Perfect for the whole family. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything.

The house is located in the very center of Easton, which is in the middle of the island. Basically everything is reachable on foot. The place was super clean and well equipped. The stairs (especially to the second floor) are super steep - this could be an issue for some people. We travelled in the end of May, so I assume the island was not very busy yet, still we had to park our car at some distance from the house.

Just got back from our holiday, the accommodation was spotless clean especially the bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed and very suitable for our dog. The village is truly beautiful and a lovely place to stay and my kids enjoyed the stay with great Wi-Fi.

Great house! Was perfect layout for families with kids. 2 separate lounging areas. Pool table, table tennis and hot tub were excellent. Our dog loved frolicking around the garden and playing with his frisbee. Loved the fact the hot tub was ready to use all the time! Would book again as the house and setting was lovely!

I cannot fault this home! We all kept commenting on how lovely it was during our stay! It was a lovely location for visiting Paulton's Park (the main reason for our visit to this part of the world) and we also went to Stourhead which was beautiful, but the house made family time so easy and enjoyable. In the lead-up to arriving, I contacted Victoria quite a few times with some questions and she couldn't have been more accomodating of my baby brain! Thank you! we've already recommended it to friends! x

Great location, loved Lyme Regis. Ideal for our family holiday. Had everything we needed.

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicholas’ place. The property was located in a quiet area, within walking distance to beaches, the ferry and local cafes and restaurants. The property itself was spotless, and had lots of space (we were a family of 4). Check in was straightforward and we really appreciated the treats that Nicholas left on arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Thank you!

A quaint and quirky place...and by that I mean cozy, comfortable, clean but with character too. It had everything we needed for preparing meals (when we didn't eat out at the local cafe and restaurants on the beach front, 10 minute walk away) with thoughtful touches such as home made bread, milk, fruit etc left for us. A lovely garden space to relax in and our own conversatory space too. Very friendly, kind and helpful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back to explore some more of the lovely town, beach and beautiful nearby villages and coastal walks.

Alan and I had a fantastic stay this week at the Annexe. Carol and Derek were so friendly and helpful and were so welcoming; they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We felt at home straight away in a perfect space for us and our 2 small dogs. We had a relaxing and peaceful few days which was just what we needed and even had a magical experience where the cows and sheep in the field came right up to the fence to say hello one evening which made the perfect photos for our memories. We totally recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful break. The annexe was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay with lots of extra items which really did make the difference such as: dog blankets, towels, bowls and treats. Bathroom towels, cleaning products and loo roll. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and of course those yummy fresh eggs. Carol and Derek thank you so much for an amazing stay- we will definitely be back. 😊

Excellent in all respects - location, facilities, and very comprehensive information about the place and manuals / instructions for all appliances. Lovely views from the airbnb and easy access to transport to various local spots.

Lovely flat, very well equipped and clean. The property is on a fairly busy road but this was fully communicated before hand and didn't bother us. Great for kids-our daughter loved the bunk beds! Barbara was very responsive and helpful throughout.

The location is ideal, just a short walk into town, and it's been the perfect base for visits over the years. Excellent host. Very responsive and well worth the price. I asked for an earlier checkin and they were more than happy to accommodate. There was scaffolding up around the building, but we were aware of this before and it didn't block the sea view. I would definitely recommend.

The flat was light, spacious and clean and everything you would need was there. A delicious cream tea was waiting for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was literally a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and a short walk to the town centre and train station. When we went out on the first day we had problems getting back in as the front door was sticking, but the problem was quickly rectified and all was well afterwards.

We had a great stay. The flat was as described and well set up for a toddler. There were even toys to play with.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Great Airbnb! Really spacious, with a super comfy sitting room and beds. Great space in the kitchen with a very cute outside area. Roz left really clear instructions, and was on hand for any questions. My son really appreciated Roz putting the single beds together - thank you! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location few minutes walk from the beach and local shops everything you could need is on your door step. The apartment it’s self was immaculate and had everything you could need for a family of four with two small children, Nicola kindly set up a travel cot and high chair for our stay and on our arrival there was milk coffee and a lovely box of cakes that went down a treat, thank you Nicola would highly recommend!!

It was really great. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.
