Staying with Colleen at her beautiful home on the lake was the highlight of our holiday in Canada. I would definitely recommend Colleen's place. Colleen was an amazing lady and a perfect host.

We came for the Hunter Moon and fell in love with the sunsets and walking on the beach. Lots of places to explore in the area.

Peter was lovely to communicate with us. He gave me two options for dinner and I was immensely happy with the option I chose, the arrows pub. The neighborhood, nice restaurants are a 15 to 20 minute walk, and the space itself did feel cozy, lots of space, and very settling

This was an amazing stay! We really enjoyed our time at this location. The suite had a great modern cottage vibe. It’s cozy and comfortable. Although there was no range, they provided and hot plate and air fryer for convenience! That was great for us as we were there for a longer stay, we could prepare meals at home instead. The location was close to bus routes and sunny side mall. Also easy access to Dartmouth road or Bedford hiway! We thank Amit and his family for their wonderful hospitality!

Quiet, clean, great location, very comfortable and well equipped. I have stayed multiple times. This is my favourite place to stay when I am in town. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Everything here is great - I will be back.

Marvellous start of our 5+ weeks Nova Scotia - Newfoundland tour. Lovely apartment with outstanding view located directly at the beach.

Marilyn's place is great. The beds are comfy, the unit feels homey, and has all the details you can imagine- from cough medicine to a bowl for your jewellery in the bedroom. Highly recommend!

We loved this peaceful location near to everything we needed. Very easy to get around with a car. The house was very clean and comfortable - kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping. Lots to do on the property with hot tub, lake etc. Will definitely stay again! Thanks Kim

Easy property to find and within 15 mins from the airport. Minutes to restaurants and shopping. 10 mins to downtown Halifax. Very comfortable bed and TV lounge area. Mini fridge with some added touches by the host. Large and clean bathroom. Would recommend to those travellers that will head out to various places in Halifax and area.

Great serene spot close to the city, Host was knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Thoughtful touches to make our families stay easier. Much appreciated!

Great place to stay for a few nights. Beautiful walks nearby, well-equipped kitchen, quiet but still not far from the airport. And the best: very nice and helpful hosts!

Ann’s place was so clean and modern with a really comfortable bed and a nice sitting area. There’s a shared deck out front overlooking the water which is so calming. We felt comfortably at home and enjoyed evening walks. I would would for sure stay here again if I am ever back this way.

This is the second time we've stayed at Lori and David's. It's a perfect little Halifax getaway. Great decor, private, well appointed. We hope to return the next time we're in Halifax.

Lorraine's house annex is spacious, cozy, and nicely decorated. My family and I felt right at home. Clean amenities and well-equipped kitchen. Everything is well organized. We enjoyed our weekend stay so much, and we have been already planning to visit it again in near future. Ps. Near to her place, we discovered one of the best hand-made pizza place in Nova Scotia! ;)

Lisa’s place was top notch. Very comfortable and quiet. We ran into Lisa while moving in and she was a sweetheart gave a good information about parking and places to go see and eat. Definitely worth the stay.

We stayed here for a couples night, and then a night with our toddler. This place is so versatile with its unlimited flexibility for different functions. A quiet retreat, a family getaway, bachelorette etc. The hideaway doors to close off the hot tub space from the entertaining space made it safe for our 2 year old, the steam shower was a great touch and the historical elements made such a cozy and interesting environment. The host was quick responding to any questions we had, and you’d never know anyone existed upstairs as it was so quiet. Wonderful place to stay, will book again in the future for sure! Never stayed in a place quite like it!
