Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Raggiungibile a piedi, in 5 minuti, la piazzetta è il fulcro del villaggio. Porzione di stazzo, cucina con divano letto e splendida veranda vista mare e tramonti, camera con seconda veranda vista campagna, bagno spazioso con finestra a cui si accede dalla camera. In camera è presente il secondo divano letto. A disposizione una doccia esterna e una lavatrice condivisa, vista sul tramonto unica. L’altra porzione di Stazzu è abitata da me, quindi alcuni spazi possono essere condivisi. Spiaggia raggiungibile con una buona camminata (20 minuti) o in tre minuti in auto.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Ci troviamo presso Monti Russu, Aglientu. Di recente costruzione, la casa si compone di 1 soggiorno-cucina attrezzata, 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno, giardino anteriore e posteriore vista mare. Si trova a 1400m dalla spiaggia Monti Russu, ed è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto la spiaggia di Rena Majore che ha ospitato il set del film Disney "La Sirenetta". I centri più vicini che forniscono i servizi necessari sono Vignola, Rena Majore e Santa Teresa Gallura, a 5-4-11 km.
