Monthly Rentals in Lower Township

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for a short getaway in Cape May. The house was clean and cozy. It’s perfect for a couple or a couple and one or two children. The hosts were very responsive and answered my questions immediately. Access was easy for entry. We were lucky that the weather in March was beautiful!

Nice private location, while still near all local attractions in Cape May. House was very clean and detail oriented. Host provided excellent communication and check in and check out instructions. Would recommend!

The cottage was quite comfortable with all the necessary essentials provided. It was very clean and made one feel at home. It is within about a 12 minute walk to the Delaware Bay and about a 15 minute drive to Cape May. Enjoyed walking the Delaware Bay beach at low tide and taking photos. Took the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to round out our quaint little getaway. Would definitely recommend the cottage to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach home. Our host, Anna, was friendly and super responsive to any messages or questions sent. We took our senior dog with us and the setup was perfect. A large, fully fenced-in yard with new tall wood fencing all around made us feel secure in having play time with her off-leash in the back yard. The walk to the bayside beach was easy to navigate (just one turn) and only about 10 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. And there was a grocery store, gas station, and several restaurants all open within a short distance...even during the Winter off-season. The house itself was very clean and we enjoyed the family room with the big TV and direct access to the patio and back yard. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, storage containers, and basic spices. The bathroom also was nicely stocked with shower essentials and towels. We're looking forward to coming back again!
