Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lowell Point

We had a great stay at Ristine's place. The place was clean and the outdoor area was beautiful. The location was ideal and a short drive away from restaurants and tourist attractions. The only downside was that the wifi did not work.

We had a wonderful time! We loved the covered fire pit, which was ideal when it rained on our first day. The surrounding landscape and backyard view is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed listening to the creek and hiking around the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. The host Rebekah was very quick to respond to any questions leading up to our stay and during, but respected our privacy. Overall, an amazing place to stay! We would love to come back again next year if still in Alaska. Thank you!!

We had a great stay in Seward at Kylee’s house. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for our family. House was very walkable to everything in town and exactly as pictured.

The cabin was exactly as shown and described. Awesome location, close to downtown Seward, but tucked away enough in the woods for privacy and wildlife sightings! Comfortable and up to date amenities

The place was perfect! Emily was in contact making sure everything was in order. The house was clean, exactly as advertised and is in a beautiful, peaceful setting!!!

This was a great place to stay at for a group of 6 people. Even though on our first night, the power went out due to a storm, Cassie was responsive and her husband was friendly and helpful with us by getting us flashlights and letting us know he was in communication with the electric company and even offered to get us a generator if the outage lasted long (only lasted for about and hour and we were able to go to one of the recommended restaurants in Seward whose power came back before ours).

This place was so comfortable and nice! It was not far from the trails to Exit Glacier and downtown Seward.

We had a wonderful time in Seward and Stephanie’s place was perfect for relaxing and close to all the adventures that Seward has to offer! Stephanie’s place was very clean and comfortable! We loved the huge king sized bed!

Diane and William are so responsive and nice. They taught and helped us with setting up the firewood heater in the flat! The flat was awesome and very clean. We like the movie theatre area and the nice sound system. The shower was the second best I ever tried (I thought of setting up the same back home, but worried that if so, I will feel bad for all other showers afterwards). View from the window is awesome. In good days, we can see pretty snow mountains and the resurrection bay. The kitchen was also fully-equipped and convenient. The bed is very comfy.

This Airbnb is Perfect, we had a very comfortable stay. Best location in Seward with everything near lots to do and with loads of great Restaurant in walking distance. Host was always responsive and helpful. I give this Airbnb a 10 on 10.

Based on the other reviews, we knew what to expect as far as location and the neighborhood. It is basically in a shed, overlooking some kind of electrical infrastructure. BUT the house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and felt very private. There was a nice view of the mountains and a little creek, where it was clear the local wildlife is very happy. The inside gave off somewhat DIY vibes, like other reviewers had said. It was comfortable and functional, with enough space for 4 adults. Brandon is the friendliest, sweetest guy, and really seemed to want to make sure we were settled and happy. Overall, kind of a funky place but was clean and safe and comfortable!

House was perfect for our family! Living room furniture as well as the beds were all super comfortable! The tv isn’t a smart tv but there are lots of dvds available or bring your own fire stick to stream. We walked from town twice twice with no issue. Would definitely stay again if we return to Seward!

Thank you for a lovely stay. perfect size for me & my friend from out of state. She's allergic to rain so she loved having the covered porch from which to enjoy our surroundings even if she didn't want to go out for a walk.

Shelly's place was a great find in Seward, centrally located within walking distance to local businesses, restaurants and the park along resurrection bay at the bottom of the street. This is located in one of the oldest building in town (built in 1906), so the floor are comically "wavy", you're walking up to the kitchen area, down to the bathroom, but the floor covering itself is brand new so this is really not a problem, it is just adding to the charm. The unit is in impeccable shape, very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely recommend Shelly's place to other travelers coming to visit Seward.
