The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

This cozy getaway is a short walk from downtown & the waterfront, making it easy to plan your visit and not have to rely on a vehicle the whole trip. It is centrally located at the heart of Kodiak near the float plane basin & harbor and has hiking trails & night life near by. Guests can enjoy water/mountain views from the property and take a quick walk just down the road to eat at our local restaurants & bars. This was one of my favorite, if not my favorite AirBnB stay. G’s place is an absolute treasure. Every detail of the home is unique and utterly charming. Every wall has a mural and every feature was clearly designed with care. For example, there are many handmade quilts, ceramics, and customized furniture. The serenity of the view is unparalleled. The bed is also very comfortable. I often have a hard time with beds that are too soft at AirBnBs but G’s mattress is on the firmer side, conferring excellent back support. I’m not sure when I will be back in Kodiak but I would love to stay again.

The place was nice comfortable. It’s especially stood out for us cause we have kids and there was toys around. Place was well stocked and very functional.

Great little place. I was in town for a week. Next time I will definitely stay here again if available.

A well-appointed bathroom includes a combination tub and shower, and a single vanity with a marble countertop. A large mirror hangs above the sink, and dark curtains provide privacy. The space is completed with a textured rug on the floor.

We rented Robert's place for a short notice trip to Kodiak and couldn't have been happier we did! It is very conveniently located in town, easy to find and quiet. It was perfect for our needs. Loved that both the living room and bedroom had smart TVs. We happened to be in Kodiak for a track meet on a very stormy weekend so having laundry facilities to dry clothes was very handy. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends.

Cute little place to land after some adventures in Kodiak. I was there for only a day for a job interview and a little sightseeing. It had all the things one would need, warmed up pretty quickly with the heater, and was cozy when it warmed up. With that being said, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
