Monthly Rentals in Loughman

Our stay at Aviana was a time well spent! Alex was very helpful and responsive to all messages sent. The home was very spacious with many things to do for everyone of all ages. The rooms were also impeccable and provided lots of space to accommodate a big party. Overall, a great experience!

We stayed here at the last minute after being let down by another property, but we're so glad we did! The host was super quick to respond before and after booking and allowed us to check in slightly early which was really helpful. The property itself is amazing and beyond what we expected even based on the photos. There was loads of space, everything was really well maintained & high quality and the welcome package was amazing and saw us through our stay with dishwasher tablets, washing up and coffee filters. The pool was a great size, and as it got the sun all morning it was a good temperature even though we didn't choose to get it heated. The games rooms were a huge hit with everyone and we spent hours playing pool, table tennis and air hockey. Location was lovely and peaceful, with a grocery shop just up the road and only a 30 min drive to Disney parks in the morning. We were really sad to leave at the end of our stay, but when we come back to Orlando we'll definitely return!

This place is perfect! We arrived and it was very clean and well organized, the place smelled great and we felt safe and right at home! The next time we visit Orlando we are for sure going to be working with Keyla again to stay here!

The house was nice, equipped with the essentials. It was easy to find, and easy to check-in. Publix was about 2 min away but other shopping was about 20-30 min away. Close to Disney. Needs a little updating. The pool was great! Gary was very responsive with our questions.
