Peaceful village away from main tourist areas but with easy transport arrangements to access via train, boat & road. Good accesible local amenities & with a stunning panoramic view of Lake Como from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a long stay.

It's a beautiful apartment, even more beautiful in real life, great location, right on the edge of Lake Maggiore, we are a 15-minute walk from the pier to go to Stresa and the Borromean Islands. A real gem. Andrea is very responsive and charming, he responds almost immediately, they welcomed us in person and gave us plenty of advice. Unbeatable experience!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

The "nonna" accommodation is incredible, every room is full of curiosities, you can feel the soul of the house. Everything was clean too. The view is superb of the mountains, you can have lunch on the terrace. Dogs are allowed and the garden is fenced. As for Davide, his welcome was very warm, he also recommended restaurants nearby, it was a pleasure to interact with him!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Catharina’s place was a pleasure to stay in, bright, spotless, and charming. It’s also just a short walk from the lake and the historic district. I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful old building. The apartment was modern and clean. The location was good.

A fantastic place. Right in the centre of town, close to the railway station and a short stroll from the historic centre & market place. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with shops close by for provisions. The bed was comfortable and even though it’s in the centre of town the is very little noise. Yiu can get a perfect nights sleep. You can walk out into the surrounding hill or walk to a winery - nightly recommended - or catch the Centrovalli train to Locarn. This is an incredible journey, don’t miss it. Plenty of good quality restaurants and places for appritivo near by, as well as gelato and other food.

It was beautiful! The place was exceptional and had a rustic and charming Italian flair. Everything was clean and our host was very friendly and helpful. The view is also a dream. You can't go wrong with this place.

The place is spacious with clean. the location is great just couple of minutes walk to the city center and also close to the park where we can walk our dog. Francesca is really helpful. she have all the tips and recommendations which are all useful. we highly recommend the place!!!

I recommend this place. The views are stunning, and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and decently equipped. It's quiet, like a gated community, with lovely gardens and a good selection of mostly Italian books. The bed and pillows were great, and the internet was decent. The pool and lake are both refreshing—just get in and you’ll warm up. Restaurants nearby were excellent, especially Vapore for the view. There’s also a lakeside bar that looked great, though I didn’t try it. Paola was helpful and responsive. Note: the apartment could use a full-length mirror, hairdryer, and ironing facilities (Paola, if I'm wrong please correct me). There’s no grocery store within safe walking distance, so stock up beforehand. Access to the car park and transporting luggage is tricky due to steep paths, but a funicular may help soon. Como is a pleasant nearby city. Driving can be tight and twisty—go slow and don’t let locals rush you. It's all part of the area's charm. I hope to return.

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place! It exceeded our expectations. Andrea was very responsive, helping us to navigate the area and European appliances :-)! We would love to stay again as our family had an amazing time!

Elena's place was a dream came true, staying in this spacious, sparkling clean Swiss mountain home was so much more than expected. Chocolate box views from every window, waking up to cow bells and to top it of a fireplace! Great communication, comfy beds, very spacious apartment. Modern amenities and a warm, friendly host. Just buy groceries beforehand, easy, breathtaking beautiful drive back into Interlaken.

We stayed for 1 night with our 3 young children and we had the best time! The apartment is really well located to visit Milan and Como and had plenty of parking right outside. The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and our children loved the pool which was a huge highlight. The garden was lovely too. It was also great that we didn’t have to check out until midday and William was a super responsive host. A great stay & we would definitely come back

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.
