Vacation rentals with breakfast in Loreto

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

Impeccable and clean interior: comfortable beds, pellet stove that guarantees the right warmth in view of the night - although it can be done without, since the interior environment appears well protected from any external thermal excursions. The choice for breakfast, to taste just in the morning, among the first fogs of April, with the pale light of the aurora that rises from the chirping of birds, in the middle of an expanse of green and the colors near and far from spring and those blue mountains... Scenario of fairytale and very high quiet that I will not forget.

Quiet place, as advertised, clean and tidy. Rita and her husband are very kind and polite people, I can only thank them for the hospitality and courtesy they have shown us. We'll definitely be back.

We had a beautiful vacation at Lucianos Place. On the first day he personally greeted us and walked us around the apartment and how everything worked. He had made a list of the best spots in town and the region so we didn't even have to plan on we're to go or what to do because of the great recommendations. We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Stefano's apartment is modern, stylish, and tastefully designed and has a nice terrace. It is located in a central part of the town. Stefano is a good communicator, check-in and check out process was easy. Paying for our breakfast at a very nice nearby bar was a nice touch. We enjoy our stay and wish it was longer. Loved staying in this clean, well decorated apartment with lots of amenities. Check in was very smooth. All our needs (including parking) we taken care of. Anna was very responsive to whatever questions we had. Great location- recommend this stay.

Our stay at Trudy and Michele’ house was wonderful. Their place has everything - beautiful view to enjoy the see and sunsets, very well equipped kitchen to enjoy wonderful Italian food, great beds to get rest after exploration of beautiful Marche region. We felt like at home. Contact was great. We traveled with kids. In our opinion Trudy and Michele apartment it’s great for everyone. We truly recommend it.

It doesn't get any more Italian than that. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth-visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city, and .. the Adriatic, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time as possible in the villa. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely kind and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace, where we even danced... For friends of a time travel to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

The ideal place for couples (in general) looking for a home where they feel at home. The countryside surrounding the property is ideal for relaxing and experiencing an atmosphere of rusticity, albeit with all the comfort of the world. The friendliness of the owner and the presence of kittens a little here and a little there are the touch of joy that make the stay really pleasant.

Stefano's B&B is super cozy! Very well-finished in detail, both the interior and the outdoor garden. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean, the breakfast varied and plentiful. Stefano and his wife were very kind and helpful in providing some advice about the area. Recommended

I was very satisfied with the room. It was essential but right. The only thing that caused my nose is that there was no air conditioning. The issue was promptly resolved by Silvia, who is a very present Host. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
