Vacation rentals with beach access in Loreto

The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental home, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, both from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various and local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. If you want to enjoy luxury and tranquility by the sea for a great price, then this is the place for you. The apartment was the most beautiful thing we've ever seen during our time in Italy. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. The balcony is an absolute highlight. Marcello was the nicest and most helpful host. He was always available, gave us a lot of tips for the area and was generally very accommodating. We look forward to our next visit to Martinsicuro!

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

Everything just great! We felt like we were at home! perfect spaces...impeccable cleanliness, new furniture...super fragrant house...Moira exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! stayed at a large sea view accommodation with my family, just cross the street and you are immediately on the free beach where, however, umbrellas and sun loungers are offered by the structure for free, impeccable accommodation, clean, new and complete with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV, it seems to be at home. Accommodation in a quiet area near restaurants and supermarkets and 13 minutes by car from Senigallia , Host available for all our requests a thank you also to Mrs. Tonia, we will definitely return, I recommend

The stay at Beatrice's in Passetto was perfect. The apartment is equipped with everything, well air-conditioned, beautiful view of the city and sea. Beatrice is a very helpful person. We really enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful house immersed in the Marche hills, a stone's throw from the sea and really beautiful villages. The house is cozy and comfortable. It is admirable by Giulia that she gave us the opportunity to stay overnight having several cats in tow.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here.
