Monthly Rentals in Longboat Key

Viktor was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. it was great to have the free bicycle rentals and it was a very short walk to the gulf. Was also nice to have a garage that was very spacious to park your car inside.

My parents had a wonderful stay! Christina’s place is beautiful, clean, cozy, and conveniently located within walking distance from the beach and the best restaurants in Longboat Key. The pool is great too! But most of all, we loved Christina’s proactive communication and hospitality. She always made sure that my parents have everything that they need and that they are comfortable. She was responsive, friendly, and hospitable. We highly recommend Christina’s place and would stay there again next time.

Joanne is a super host. We stayed at her place for a month and found it spotless and extremely well-equipped and exactly as described and in the pics. Communication was excellent and Joanne even made sure we had a blender and beach chairs to save room in our car! Her building is in the quietest part of the neighborhood and has the most spectacular view of Sarasota Bay. We had daily visits from dolphin, manatee, and a variety of heron 15’ from the sliders. And the most beautiful sunrises. We definitely plan to return to Longboat Harbour.

What a wonderful property. The view is incredible. You are really right on top of the beach. The sound of the ocean while drinking my morning coffee will be something I dearly miss. This place is perfect for families ( really anyone) Our 2 year old son does not have beach stamina yet. No problem you are on a private beach. The apartment is a couple of minutes away ( even at toddler walking speed). We would bounce between the beach,apartment and pool in a matter of minutes. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are super close. Will, the host is top notch. Book this property with no hesitation ( if your lucky enough) We hope to go back.
