We had an amazing time and loved the place, Mike, and the entire experience. The house was so relaxing and peaceful and a short drive from the beach and Smith’s reef. Mike was so welcoming and gave us great information about places to go off the beaten path to have wonderful days of adventure. He also recommended a great fishing trip and snorkel trip. This place was a great value for the island and Mike even lent me some dumbells and a yoga mat, etc so o could work out. He is a great person and very informative host who grew up in this amazing place and was so helpful.

What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

Words can’t describe how much I enjoyed my stay at Metopium. I’ll start by stating that I am a proud recluse. I love my privacy and peace. This trip was a baby moon for myself. I love nature, animals, and serenity. I am a frequent visitor of the island as I am a resident that lives in the US & love to stay incognito. It is close by the a big tourist attraction (The Hole) 🕳️ and exactly as described. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the frequent visit of a cat who I enjoyed my breakfast with and walks along side the channel. Kathleen was a very responsive host that was there for me when needed. The steep driveway is a perfect trail for athletes just take your time driving in. The entire space was clean and the shuttered windows provided so much natural light and gave you porch feel allowing an option of sitting outside. Now the moneymaker for me was ….. the stove. I love to cook and got to make delicious meals for my guest and I to enjoy & it was beautiful. You must rent a car

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Katherine went above and beyond as a host—quick to respond, super accommodating, and genuinely kind. She clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests have a great experience, and it really shows. I can’t recommend her place enough. Beautiful location 5 minute walk from Beautiful, Quiet Leeward Beach Neighborhood was very nice and safe, security guards were in the neighborhood. The villa was extremely spacious and many amenities. Definitely would recommend

It was just absolutely the most perfect trip for our family. We like quiet, want to experience local culture, a little adventure but want to feel safe, etc. From the moment we booked, John was a wealth of information, helpful, accommodating, available, etc. We flew into Provo and stayed 1 night there. He gave us suggestions, got us in touch with a driver who was so accommodating (even with multiple travel plan changes), suggested grocery/liquor options. We ferried to North, picked up our rental car & headed to the house. The house is very spacious, bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, laundry, kayaks available, etc. My husband fly fished the flats out front each morning. We visited a different, amazing beach daily - not a soul on any of them. Spent a day with Captain D fishing - made many memories. Ate out a few times, cooked the rest. Truly - an amazing vacation. Love the area and would love to come back to John's place & visit North Caicos!

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

I booked this for some colleagues that were going to Turks very last minute for a work trip and Jasmine was great! She was very quick and thorough to communicate and made it very easy.

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

The Host Monet was very friendly and professional, had open communication, and was very flexible, even showed my friend the directions to the place a few weeks before our arrival. Monet was very responsive in all our needs and queries... we look forward to staying again with Monet this year 2024! :)

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and hands down one of our favorites. Not just because of the beautiful island itself but definitely for the Airbnb we stayed in. The pictures do not do it any justice. Very gorgeous place and the host was very very kind and quick to respond. Will be staying there again when we get back.

We had the honor of being the very first guests at this brand-new Airbnb, and despite the property still being under construction, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional! The studio itself is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The real highlight, though, is the location—just a short 2-3 minute walk to the breathtaking Grace Bay Beach. You can’t ask for a better spot! We have no doubt that once everything is fully completed, this place will be an absolute gem. Even now, it’s a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway. Wishing the owners much success.

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 children 14,9 and 4. We originally booked the smaller unit, but quickly realized that wasn’t going to ‘fit’ our family. I don’t mean fit like not enough space, more like we needed a little more comfort items. We were able to move to the other unit (as an upgrade $) that unit was much better for us. It was clean, AC worked, plenty of fans as well (although the primary bedroom was squeaky at night), there was cold drinking water and a nice sofa. Kitchen was stocked well with usable items, and we cooked often. There were beach towels and regular towels, beach chairs and smaller beach umbrellas, and some beach toys. The pool was nice and canal behind was beautiful with lots of wildlife. TAKE BUGSPRAY, Citronella LOTS OF IT!! The only thing I would have any feedback for is higher locks on the exterior doors so kids can’t get to the pool alone. This place is a bargain for the island.

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

Rosemene was a very gracious host. She was extremely accommodating and very proactive making sure we had everything we needed. She even offered a sample of things to try while on the island. The apartment is great for a cozy get away for those who enjoy peaceful private time.

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb on Provo! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Ken and Norman were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We felt right at home the entire trip. If we ever come back, we wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again.

Well I’ll tell you what; Shades of Grey is a Spectacular Airbnb in Turks and Caicos!!! After a six month deployment ;This vacation was a first of many for me. The location is close to the airport. I would suggest a RENTAL CAR to maximum your enjoyment Samara the host offers a rental car with a reasonable and competitive rate. A very good deal!! There are a plethora of restaurants to eat at located just off the main road Multicultural cuisine in addition to loved local seafood favorites. I found everything to be exactly what the host listed online and more. Samara is a excellent host. She told me everything I needed to know to enjoy my stay. How to find what I needed, where things are located on the island, restaurant selections and local activities. I strongly recommend that when you travel to Providenciales TCI you stay at Shades of Grey

Our family just had an incredible experience in Provo thanks to Katherine. Comfortable beds, A/C, WiFi, etc. Her knowledge of the island was so helpful! The notebook she provided with where to go and where to eat was GOLD. She had all the snorkeling, kayaking & paddle boarding and gear we needed & more! Her JEEP was great for getting to some of the hard to access beaches (Malcolm, Northwest Point, etc.) Her response time was excellent and she provided us with great transportation to & from the airport. Her home is centrally located on the island so everything was close and accessible. Our 12 & 14yr old boys had a blast! Easily our families best getaway-SO many little adventures. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Roselita's place was excellent. She was a super responsive host that gave recommendations for every and anything you needed very timely. Check in was flawless and easy. As per other reviews it is difficult to find on goggle maps via the address but it is right up the street from the supermarket Smart Grace so we used that to always find our way back. The space was clean, neat and cozy. The locals were friendly and helpful. I had a great vacation and would stay again. Thanks so much Rosalita.
