Dispune de loc de parcare gratuit în parcarea complexului și de o locație excepțională, având Atrium Mall, Complexul AFI, Lidl, gară, autogară, stație de tramvai și Stadionul UTA la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos. Apartamentul este compus dintr-un dormitor cu pat dublu, living cu canapea neextensibilă unde poate dormi a 3-a persoană (topper și lenjerii de pat incluse), zonă de dining cu coffee corner, bucătărie, baie cu cadă și balcon.

Romantic and cozy Apartment with amazing view

My cozy apartment is located in Cathedral’s Square (Piata Catedralei) and it is the best location in Arad to stay and enjoy the newly built pedestrian area. If you visit in winter, you will enjoy the full spirit of the Christmas market which is in front of the building. My place has all the necessary amenities for a beautiful stay: smart tv, wifi, air conditioning, electrical heating fireplace, washing machine, refrigerator, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, balcony with a view.

A cozy seating area is highlighted by two textured throw pillows in gray and mustard. In the background, a mural depicting a sunlit forest creates a relaxing ambiance. Soft, neutral bedding can be seen on a low platform, adding to the inviting atmosphere.
