Great place! Walking distance to all needed. Tamara is very responsive if needed. Rule restrictions as far as cooking potent food - energy / water usage & burning candles as you are in a shared home. This is a private unit in the bottom of a home. It is asked that no outside shoes are worn in the home but the floor is dangerously slippery so please take that into consideration or bring house shoes. Overall great stay

Loved our stay here . Parking was not an issue as that was a concern because of the street parking . We were able to park right around d the house at all times . Quick and easy walk to penn station to get into NYC . Would definitely recommend this place again .

Sabrina is a wonderful hist. She is very responsive and always provides extra paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins when requested. Her place is true to picture. I absolutely loved the kitchen! Overall, great stay and highly recommend.

I loved the beautiful cottage home. It has wonderful character and the hosts made sure we had everything we need. I feel in love with the decor and I wish I could of stayed during the hotter months because I know the garden would be a sight to see. The only draw back is the parking. Street parking is limited because it is a one way with only one side parking and the lot at the end of the street is available but the signs are misleading. Despite that, the price is great and the home was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
