Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We were really happy with the flat. It’s in a great location, within easy walking distance to the city and nearer local shops. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. Our hosts were great with communication and we appreciated a slightly later check out that we have experienced elsewhere. I would recommend a stay here!

Loved it! Across de street from Gunwharf Quays, you can’t ask for a better location. AND on the eleventh floor, water side so the view is spectacular. Loved everything about the flat and would come back every time I’m in Portsmouth.

The apartment was a great base for our weekend in the area. Parking was just off the street, and while tight, the hatchback we rented fit perfectly. Inside the rooms we're comfortable and well equipped. The laundry room even had a dedicated dryer! Even though the building was situated in the village, it was quiet in the evenings.

Lovely apartment and suited us perfectly as it was only 15 minutes away from Goodwood Motor Circuit! The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay. Stuart gave super clear instructions which made check in and out seamless. The parking was great and easy to find!

We had a great stay at the Garden flat. It had everything we needed and was a great location for local cafes/restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy too. Jane was a great host who was very helpful. She also replied to messages very quickly. We would definitely recommend the flat and would love to come back.

My children and I had a lovely time at the apartment. It was very clean and had enough space for a small family. The x2 shower rooms were a great addition to the apartment. Quiet and safe location. Near to cafes and trendy clothing stores and a nice walk to the tourist sites close to the beach. I was extremely glad to be able to offload our belongings at the apartment before parking elsewhere.

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

This coach house is amazing! Done up to very high standards and excellent taste! From the moment we went in, it felt homely straightaway. The beddings smelt lovely and the beds were comfortable . You can smell and feel how clean the whole house was! You can tell how much attention to details was put in to make it your perfect getaway from home! A selection of toiletries and goodies in the kitchen were even provided. You can tell the hosts are thoughtful and kind, a very nice touch! Very handy to have two parking spaces and such a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave 😊Highly recommended and would definitely book again! Thank you Renata ♥️

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Fabulous stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, the space worked really well for our large party and we felt right at home very quickly

The first thing that hits you when you open the door is the stunning view! We couldn’t get enough of it. Brilliantly located accommodation and there was so much for our eleven year old daughter to do without leaving the property. Games room really helped keep her entertained. Dean had thought of everything and we enjoyed the treats that welcomed us when we arrived. Arcade, cafe, ice-creams, Co-op just 5 mins walk up the road. We were a party of 6 with our 3 elderly parents and they love to be by the coast. Or on it in this case. We had some great quality time together and made some special memories.

The apartment is perfect decorated with real style . Beautifully set up and a superb location. Jaclyn is super helpful and responds quickly - and has a great sense of humor. My 86 year old mother loved it !

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!
