Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We booked Duncan's place as a group of 4 so we could visit a friend who has moved to Uckfield. We used the house as a base for sightseeing and to visit a local parkrun, then we left early today to participate in a local 10km event. Duncan's place was perfect for what we needed and is a great place to chill with friends.

The apartment was very conveniently located from the fast jet and had everything you could need. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Would highly recommend.

It’s a nice apartment that is 2 mins walk from Sandown Pier. Mark and Veronica are nice friendly hosts and are very responsive. Parking on the street might get tricky during busy times but then you get access to a parking space in a nearby hotel (which I didn’t use so no comment on that). Thanks

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Jo’s place was exactly as described; tidy, homely and in a great location. Unfortunately, there were roadworks outside but that was the only downside (and nothing Jo could have done about it)! A cosy top floor flat with gorgeous views of the sea, in a really central location and Jo herself was very helpful and clear with her instructions. Overall, this place was 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

Selected Julie's place based on location, basically on the seafront. Apartment was as described with views across the sea. Julie waited for us at the property to process check-in and provide a guide of the apartment. Bedrooms and bathrooms as described and per photos, clean and spacious, with a lovely open living/dining area. No complaints, hope to stay again soon.

Firstly Johanne and John were very welcoming , everything connected to our stay was explained by John and if we had any questions etc during our stay they were easily contactable. Our little oasis of The Garden Apartment was perfect everything you could need for a relaxing stay and very comfortable.We absolutely loved our stay . Short walk into Shanklin and to the esplanade, lovely restaurants and The Crab pub very traditional with good food . Bus stops nearby to various parts of the Island .

Just a 5-minute walk to the beach—great location! Parking is easy, and the host provides clear, helpful instructions. The bathroom is very clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom is at the front of the basement, so you may hear some cars passing by. However, the neighborhood is fairly quiet, so it’s not an issue. The mattress is a bit sunken in the middle and not the most comfortable, but it’s adequate for a one-night stay. The bed linen feels quite worn and uncomfortable—it could really use an update.

Really nice flat in a great location, near the beach and surrounded by good restaurants and bars, perfect place for a nice weekend in Brighton and Hove.

We have enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious, peaceful location. The complementary bread, cereal, milk and coffee was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

Huge jacuzzi and sauna, best time with friends. ping pong table and big garden added to the fun. Really beautiful property and must recommended.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

What a wonderful stay, there was lots of instructions so you know exactly how to use everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there was instructions on how to use the microwave/ oven. The location was brilliant, lots of things to do around and a quick walk to the beach. The host has really thought of everything. Highly recommend.
