I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the clear and concise instructions provided by Hayley. They truly reflect her travel experience and understanding as a BnB customer. Everything went seamlessly, from the check-in process, to the local recommendations and even parking. The apartment itself is lovely and exceptionally well-managed, with everything thoughtfully arranged. A big round of applause to Hayley and her husband for being such wonderful hosts!

LOVED it here! This was an absolute gem - the the neighbourhood is beautiful, and the airbnb itself is spectacular. It's exactly as described, and everything was in excellent condition - felt so comfortable here (and speaking of comfort, the bed is brilliantly comfy). The hosts are lovely, responsive, and helpful - I ran into Nigel once and he was very nice and welcoming without being overbearing. One tip for visitors - Claire and Nigel give really good arrival and check-in instructions, but it's easy to miss the entrance to the private road (it's brick-paved and looks like it would be pedestrian-only, but you can drive up it - we even got a small van comfortably parked outside the apartment!)

Fantastic location.. exceptionally clean and comfortable. Easy to find with plenty of parking. Highly recommended for value for money. Perfect for us.

We enjoyed our second stay at David's property. As before the property was clean, bright and airy. The area is lovely and quiet, and a good base for exploring the beautiful towns and villages of Essex. Worth a visit is the Beth Chatto Garden about an hour away, and the Alfred Munnings Museum near Dedham. The property is also a great place to stay if you are attending an event in the area. David was a very pleasant host. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back again for sure. Thanks.
