House vacation rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

We LOVED our stay! House was beautiful, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, paid extra for the heated pool (would do that again), host was super responsive (always helping us answer questions about dining choices,etc.). The walk to the resort was short but the shuttle was an excellent service as well! The beach was just a few steps from the resort. Pool area had numerous pools for all ages which would be great for large families! Mark sent great instructions prior and we appreciated so much his dining recommendations! It was our first time in the area so it was nice to not have to think about where to go! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed staying at this home. The rooms were a good size, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen. This house is right around the corner to a beach access point so from the front steps to the sand was less than a 5 minute walk. Madeleine was a very welcoming and responsive host when we had questions. Would book again!

This Airbnb went far above and beyond anything I expected — and that’s saying a lot, as I’ve stayed at many across the country. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. First, the space was immaculate — spotless in every room and cleaner than most high-end hotels I’ve stayed in. It was also much larger than the photos suggested, with an open, airy layout that made it incredibly comfortable. The furniture was cozy and high-quality, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The pool was clean, refreshing, and beautifully maintained, and quickly became one of my favorite spots to unwind. What really stood out were the amenities. Truly, you could show up with just your clothes and be set. From beach gear to kitchen supplies to thoughtful extras you don’t even realize you’ll need until you see them — everything was provided. House was beautiful and easy check in. Hosts were helpful and communicated well. Area was great and short walk to the beach. Pool area was the best! Definitely would book again.

Heather’s place was very nice. The house was just as described. I think it looks a lot better in person than the pictures. The backyard was a great place to just relax. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

My group stayed for a golf weekend. We thought the house was perfect with plenty of beds. The pool and multiple grills were perfect for after golf and before going out for the night.

I cannot say enough about how awesome our stay was at the Backyard Oasis! There were 15 of us ages 1 to 84 and we all had a great time! The heated pool was such a game changer, our kids were able to swim as much as they wanted and we didn’t have to worry about them getting cold! The house was just perfect! It fit all of us well without us feeling like we were on top of one another! Kay the owner is so nice and responsive to any questions!! We will be booking again!

Lyle was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any and all questions. Clean, spacious home and nicely, appointed kitchen. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at Rebecca's house. The instructions for check-in and the directions to the location were so easy. The home was clean, comfortable and convenient to the Marshwalk, Huntingdon Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and so much more. The house was in a perfect location, easy access to beach. Loved the open floor plan and kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Sherri was a great host and very accommodating. Just to be aware it has a significant amount of front steps to get in the unit so might not be great for elderly or anyone who has trouble going up and down stairs but we had no complaints

We loved our time here. It was the perfect place to stay and having a fully fenced yard for the dogs was so great. There were games(yard games/board games/cards) and things to do at the house so when it rained for an evening, we still had plenty to do. He also had beach things(wagon, body boards, beach chairs)available that were so helpful and made our stay even better!

I stay at Myrtle beach a few times throughout the year. When I saw Daniela’s place and how cute it was I knew I had to secure it immediately. First and foremost I felt SAFE. The location was great and the walk to the beach was honestly so nice, there was even a complimentary shuttle that would drive you to the beach if you wanted. the space was clean and beautiful.

I selected this place for a dance competition weekend. Considering the weather and my daughter potentially being fatigue, I wanted to make sure we made the best of the experience! We walked to the beach, had an oceanfront dinner, lounged in the outdoor area and spent some quality time together. The fire pit and hot tub were amazing. The outdoor seating areas were great for wind down time. There was enough space in the home for us to be comfortable and the kids fell right at home with having TVs in each room ! I’m sure we will put this on our return list.

This is one of our favorite places we have stayed! Period! Not our first time at North Beach but can’t say enough about the house and location. Beautiful space, lots of room for our 2 families (9 people) and a very short walk to the beach and pool area. Very clean, very nice. Highly recommend and we will be back!

House was just as described and in a great campground area. Lots of activities for all ages. Nice view of the ocean and the golf cart rentals made getting around easy. We had room for multiple generations to be together or separate. A very few minor things that kept me from giving five stars across the board. But truly a great experience and would recommend/stay again. Great location, home, and value.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Cherry Grove Beach home! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We actually enjoyed it so much that we ended up booking an extra night! When we first got there, one of the TVs wasn’t working, but Pamela (the host) had it fixed immediately. She was incredibly polite, responsive, and made sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short two-minute walk to the beach! There were also plenty of great spots to sit and relax outside the home, which made for the perfect beach atmosphere. There were lots of things to do in the area, and it felt like a true vacation. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone, and we’re already looking forward to staying again!
