Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes. Local suppliers, wine taverns, restaurants, as well as an indoor swimming pool with wellness area are in the immediate neighborhood.

Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
