Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Hans's place is a very nice apartment! For our family it was perfect! My opinion is that it is more beautiful and welcoming than in the photos! We were impressed how he prepared special linens for our little boy, blue towel and dishes for the children. In addition, at check-in our children found a small but sweet in their bedroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

A perfect stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to everything you need and with a fantastic view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely hospitable communication: Beatrix and her husband were always available quickly and provided us with helpful tips for the area. We felt like at home and will definitely be back.

Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it. Hello, I stayed with my 3 children (13,11,2) for 2 nights just to switch off a bit. The hosts live upstairs and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is mega spacious, it has everything you need (microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, water surface, egg boiler). Great, large bathroom with enough towels. 2 large bedrooms with TV, a cute crib with good mattress and bedding was provided to us. A side room with a couch, also with a TV. We enjoyed the terrace with the brand new hot tub. Everything was super clean. Also that everything is within walking distance of the accommodation (marketplace 600 m , with bakery, etc.) Great mountain, beautiful playgrounds, also on the lake. We enjoyed the 3 days and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for everything 😊
