Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Elsies little basement apartment was just what we needed for a quick work trip in the area.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Very new, very comfortable, close to everything you need, beautiful neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little loud at times but if you just shut the window it blocks out all of the outside noise. The town has a noise ordinance at night but they need one in the morning ! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and have coffee and tea. John is a great host and made it very easy for use to enjoy the beauty and rich history of Nevada city. Cheers !

We wanted to feel close to the Capitol and its surroundings, and this spot did not disappoint! The space was spacious and perfect for two couples. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well-equipped and ideal for cooking meals at home. Just a heads-up: since it's located downtown, there’s some street noise, and you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are several options nearby to leave your car. Overall, we felt safe, got plenty of rest, and enjoyed exploring Sacramento. Great stay!

Amazing,stunning stay, equipped with plenty of spices for cooking, a brita water filter, a vinyl record player that has a Bluetooth speaker, and very spacious layout. Only a 10 min walk from local bars and restaurants. Overall incredible spot !!

Johannes’ property was amazing! Very cozy, clean and very comfortable. It made us feel right at home. Quick responses to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Nest. It was a beautiful place: comfortable and well-decorated and designed. We loved everything about our stay - especially the lovely deck and peaceful garden where we enjoyed lounging. John was super friendly and a great communicator. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

The house was absolutely beautiful! It is even more wonderful than the photos show, well equipped with all that you would need, thoughtful in supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent), and Nicole was a lovely host. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. The beds were comfortable with great bedding and extra bedding available. We cooked meals in the kitchen and found the living room very relaxing and well suited for hanging out. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Narine’s Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. This place was more than accommodating for my cousins and I! We were there for a family wedding however with enough rooms for all of us, it turned into a mini reunion as well! We had a slumber party weekend and memories for a lifetime! We had 3 vehicles there after we all arrived and there was more than enough room for all 3 cars to be parked in front.

BEST location and a fabulous property. We parked our car for the entire stay. Walked minutes to restaurants, coffee, shops, to the suspension bridge and hiking trails. The outdoor patio is lovely, the beds comfortable and the home plenty roomy. Sam and Andrejka were super responsive and great hosts. It was the perfect place for our visit to Nevada City!

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
