Great location . beach access. over the dunes. 2 nights stay . with family of 8 adults 4 children . ample space . Fantastic time and we were fortunate to have good weather for a bbq. sonia &Lee & family ..

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

Lovely house which was a great base for exploring Folkestone. The location is on a bit of a hill, which was fine for us, but perhaps slightly less so for folk with mobility needs who want to walk to/from the seafront or town. We had everything we needed for a lovely weekend, communication with Wendy and check in were easy and efficient. We’d recommend Anna’s place as a great choice to stay. Thanks so much

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

Ideal location to explore Whitstable as a newcomer or as someone returning for the 10th+ time. The place is very central, ideal for two couples (in our case). Has all the basics covered. Good showers etc. Instructions were fine. Access is easy. Nothing to dislike at all. We'd happily come again. Note: There is a pub opposite which can be a little loud during pub hours, but you're probably out then anyway!!

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

What a find?! Myself and my 2 best friends had the most amazing stay at the pool house. It was just perfect. So many wonderful little touches, balloons for my friends birthday, the breakfast treats. Could not rate this place any higher! Will definitely be back x

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

Such an amazing find, lovely and home feel stay, on a good site, with amazing places to see and eat out. The place it self was immaculate, very clean, fully stocked for the stuff you need. Would recommend to people and definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

Lovely stay! Clean and tidy caravan with a homely feel. Angela was great at communicating and extremely helpful. Good location and a short drive from some great locations. We would love to return!

We had an amazing couple of nights celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. Lovely dip in the pool as we were blessed with the weather on the first day. BBQ both evenings and got the fire pit going at night. We explored the grounds and made friends with the dogs and chickens! We ventured out to a local traditional pub called the halfway house which has a great beer garden and reachable on foot in 30 mins. Toby and Kate are fantastic hosts and kindly provided eggs from the coop, sour dough bread and some delicious flapjacks! Toby was also very helpful assisting us with transport from a local train station. If they have the availability, do not hesitate to book!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay here. Having breakfast on the decking, taking in wonderful views each morning was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a great place to walk into Deal and enjoy the beach and the hot tub was a great addition. The annexe was so clean and modern and very well equipped and private. Would highly recommend Nicola's place in all aspects. Would love to return.

Lovely spot in a quiet area a few mins walk out of Ramsgate. Host was very responsive and sorted out the travel cot for us when requested. Kitchen had things like; oil, salt, pepper & coffee which meant didn’t need to go out and buy for a 1 night stay, which many places don’t. Would definitely recommend.
