The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and consists of two rooms. The first is used as a living room with a bed and television. The second room consists of a kitchen, a dining table and a larger television. Finally, there is a bathroom (accessible from the living room) with toilet and shower. The apartment is in the historic center of the small medieval village of Montefoscoli.
