Had a wonderful stay with the Noorderplantsoen around the corner and the city center within walking distance.

This is such a lovely house! Very nicely decorated and with a harmonious feeling. The kitchen is very well organised and has everything you may need. Comfortable house, lovely setting, excellent parking.

We stayed at Nienke's place for 3 nights and we had a wonderful getaway over Easter. We didn't miss anything and we feel right at home. Everything is well thought out in the accommodation and Nienke has created a very good instructions for use for the accommodation. Everything is really described in great detail in this. You can tell that Nienke goes out of her way to make her guests have a wonderful stay. The city can be reached very quickly on foot or by bike. We would definitely recommend Nienke's place. What a beautiful house! Ellen’s place in Leeuwarden was an absolute gem. The property seemed to be a former storefront, now transformed into an elegant and chic townhouse. Everything felt open and stylish, from the stunning chandeliers to the skylight bathroom and the lovely open staircase. Our bedroom featured massive ceilings and windows, along with the coolest wallpaper depicting Parisian windows, which added a unique touch to the space. The kitchen, though simple, had all the essentials, including a microwave and dishwasher for light cooking. And, it may have been the most comfortable Airbnb bed I've ever slept in! Ellen was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even setting up a cot for our young kiddo to ensure she was comfortable during our stay. We were right in the heart of downtown (so there was some street/pedestrian noise) but nothing too late or loud , and we loved the walkability. Dank je wel Ellen!

Beautiful clean bright spacious house in peaceful street within a few minutes walk of all facilities in this beautiful picturesque waterfront harbour town. Bicycles included in the rental, lovely upstairs balcony, bright and airy interior. Great kitchen facilities and dining area. It took us a little while to figure out the on-street parking as the arrangements seem to have changed recently. but that was a minor issue. Have been visiting Harlingen for over 20 years and would love to stay here again. Great friendly hosts and quick to respond while we were booking. Five star rating! Mandy and Alan

Super centrally located, view of the harbor. Apartment as described great. Reception by Imke very warm, we felt right at home. Thanks for that. Had super nice days and will certainly come back if the opportunity arises.
