We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this adorable little apartment in Tortolì! The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was very private and the little Terrasse is nice to have :) The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay in Sardinia.

The owner is very kind and helped us solve many problems during the trip. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Signora Daniela very helpful and communicative and attentive to the needs of its guests. Very nice one-bedroom apartment located inside a small building, very well cared for and clean, furnished with great taste and complete with everything you can feel at home. About a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Tortoli and just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended

We stayed with Maurizio in the house for 1 week and felt very safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything a small family needs. Our daughter liked the cats very much. In addition, the surroundings around the house are very exciting and fun to explore. Some children live here, so there is plenty to play. All the people we met were very, very nice. With Feraxi, we have discovered a great family beach for ourselves. If you want to have an authentic holiday away from the tourist accommodation, this is the place to be. This was the nicest place we booked in Sardinia! A bit more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to have stayed longer! Thanks for the great stay!

We were very satisfied with Manuel's accommodation! Everything was super well maintained and clean. On Manuel's recommendation, we found very good restaurants in the area! The area is perfect for motorcycling and you can reach all the important routes very quickly! Manuel's garage is also perfect for accommodating the motorcycles. We will be happy to come back!!

The place is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a few days. It is very charmingly decorated and offers a unique view! Communication was easy and straightforward via Airbnb. Gian Marco was already waiting for us on our arrival and showed us everything. He couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate and a few hand signals, we were still able to communicate. However, for loading/unloading luggage, it should be noted that you cannot park directly in front of the accommodation, but you can park briefly (access road very steep and narrow) and the stairs up to the apartment are also quite narrow. Nevertheless, definitely recommended!

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location.
