Edo is by far the best host we‘ve ever had on Airbnb. He simply makes you feel welcome and at home. It‘s more like meeting an old friend than a host. House and garden are super in a location from where you can reach beautiful sights without problems. What should be kept in mind before booking is that you share kitchen and living-room with Edo and his family. We loved that and got well-along with each other but also had some days complete privacy in house and garden.

Gianluca, son of the property owner, was a perfect host! Always available and accurate. The residence, a magnificent mountain chalet, was perfect for the location, great for reaching the main ski lifts. After a day spent in the snow, it was great to enjoy the spacious and welcoming living room, playing cards and sipping a good wine by the warmth of the fireplace. Perfect stay to say the least. I can only recommend this residence!

Franca's reception was great with homemade cake, fruit and vegetables from her own garden. She is very friendly and welcoming. The house has all the comforts. The village is quite quiet and has a small supermarket. The house is a good base to do activities nearby and has good beds. We have had a nice time.

The house was absolutely wonderful: beautiful, modern and spacious. It was clean and very comfortable. The neighbourhood was nice and peaceful. Our host also responded to any queries promptly and in a very friendly manner, taking excellent care of us! Everything was well during our stay, and we’d love to visit here again!

The place is wonderfully located, the garden is super nice, huge and completely fenced - our dog felt right at home. Miriam is very kind and accommodating - we are already planning the next visit :).

This villa is astonishing all around. From the peaceful countryside location, facing south to capture the sun, and on the south facing slope of a hill overlooking the surrounding towns and villages, this is the perfect country getaway. It’s a lovely place to relax and wander the property or local areas. We visited in winter and watched sunrise from the bedroom, and sunsets from the living areas and outside. The collection of early and mid century modern lighting of Italian design is the icing on the cake here. The fireplace is perfect. Absolutely one of the best places around, anywhere. Roberto met us at the property and gave us a tour of the home making sure to answer any questions about the property and surrounding areas. He’s the perfect host and this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We (11 people of a family) were very impressed by both the location of the house and the amenities.

We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished house. Pool and terrace are really nice and the outdoor area was cleaned every day. In the garden there were turtles, a cat and chickens - so we got fresh eggs for breakfast every day. The house was clean, well-maintained and well-equipped down to the smallest detail and left nothing to be desired. Luca, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

Villa Romantica is a very nice, quietly located house that is really top equipped. We had a super nice stay (enough space for three families with five children) and if the weather had played along a little more, we could certainly have taken advantage of the amenities such as pool and lake. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities to become active (water sports, biking, climbing, hiking and much more). The communication with the owner Giuseppe and especially his local acquaintances, Francesca, who took care of the check in and everything else, worked wonderfully! Thank you for everything – we can fully recommend the place!

A great house, for the whole family ( 9 people with dog, enough parking space for up to 5 cars ) Great view of Lake Garda - all the way to Sirmione. Wonderfully relaxing. Great views of Monte Baldo and the lake from the pool. Large garden with retreats for the individuals. Pool service comes weekly. We had enough space in front of Allessia Grande to dine and sit with all 9 people and enjoy the great view. There is regular fireworks somewhere on Lake Garda. Great views. Take binoculars with you. The lake is quite large :-) We had 2 weeks and had a wonderful time there. Olive trees and lots of Mediterranean herbs in the terraceed garden. You walk and suddenly it smells like basil and oregano - stepped on ... it smells nice. Rosemary sufficiently available :-) We will keep it in good memory and will be happy to recommend it

Great location, super friendly host!

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, nice location, nice pool and a good barbecue. The motorcycles of ours also had space in the underground parking. We will definitely come back. The place was very small, but in the next place there was everything you need.

Great stay for the Ischgl Closing and still had a quiet and relaxing time in a TOP AirBnB. Pool / sauna / view. Madness.

Utterly surreal. Hermann Gerald's Air B & B was immaculate in all areas. Incredibly accommodating and hospitable, we felt right at home and we're welcomed with open arms. This stay was a true gem and my partner and I will forever think about our time spent here and definitely come back. It was paradise.

Very nice house with great pool and beautiful views. The landlords are super friendly and always very easy to reach.

The listing is as shown on the pictures. Very modern, clean and in order. The house is very large and has 12 sleeping arrangements and an extra couch in the living room. We were 9th and so there was more than enough room. The view is a dream and hiking trails are immediately accessible from there. The amenities were as stated, there was only salt, pepper, oil missing, which did not bother us further. Towels are not included in the price.

We enjoyed the days in villa Larici very much. Fantastic location with unique views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo at over 700 meters altitude at the same time. Great terrace with outdoor sofa by Fatboy and large outdoor kitchen by Napoleon, where we could grill steaks at 800 degrees Celsius in the extra steak grill, but also prepare wok dishes or pan dishes on the extra cooking station of the outdoor kitchen. Space loose for 8 people, all nicely covered. We also liked the house very much inside, elaborately traditionally renovated with a lot of love for detail. New kitchen with Miele appliances was probably just newly installed. We also liked the bathrooms very much, were all sparkling clean and probably just completely renewed from the ground up. From the bedrooms we also had the view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo when we got up in the morning. For us, a kind of secret tip on Lake Garda. We have certainly been to Lake Garda 10 times, this is our new favorite.

The villa is fantastically beautiful and very clean. The communication on site is great and all wishes were fulfilled immediately. We also got great wines as a gift and felt all comfortable. What we didn't know: the pool and sauna must be shared with other guests, for example, a family with children. It was then arranged in such a way that we make individual agreements.

We had a lovely stay at Beatrice’s place, The house was clean, well-equipped, and Beatrice was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommended.

The Villa has amazing views of Torbole, the mountains and the lake. It is within easy walking of Nago and a twenty minutes walk down into Torbole, a stiff uphill climb back from the village. The village is in need of some modernisation but is otherwise very comfortable.
