Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Ossiach

We simply loved our trip to Bled! The house was welcoming and at a walking distance to the lake. There was so much to visit in the area, so much beauty to take in. Thank you Stefan for sharing your beautiful home, Genevieve and family

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

Our house was great, barrier-free downstairs, each bedroom with bathroom … economical panel radiators on the ceilings, great !!! The house and furnishings are very homely due to their use of wood. Günther was always accessible and accommodating even when we needed help …

We spent four nights at Miha's place. It's very spacious, well stocked and contents every item you could ever need. The house is spotlessly clean and is situated in a quite village with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The easy access to the main road enables to get quickly to different places of interest in the area. We were mostly interested in hiking ant there were plenty of opportunities for that in the area. Miha was very responsive and gave clear instructions how to get to the place. Highly recommended.

Metka has been a wonderful and kind host in greeting us, making recommendations on places to go and great walks around, anticipating our demands. She has always been responsive in our communications, before and during our stay. The house is very well equipped because it has been lived in by generations, with a soul. Super clean. The location is perfect if one looks for quietness, close enough to the beauties of the lakes but without the crowds and the traffic. It is in a living village with active farming around but no shops or cafés within walking distance. The views on the mountains are stunning (get up early to catch the sunrise !). We can see the road but it is ok. Having a car is a must but 3 bicycles in very good condition are available. We were 4 adults and the house felt very comfortable and at ease. It only has one shower room downstairs (but 1 toilet on each floor) but we managed. My wife enjoyed the piano too ! Lovely time, fond memories. Viva Slovenia !

This is a fantastic old style mountain house with lots of character and spectacular views. You feel like you are lost in the woods but are close to everything you might need. It's private and has plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and enjoying nature. Davide is a great host. We will definitely return.

Honestly one of the nicest hosts I’ve met! So helpful and welcoming and can’t say enough about the beautiful home and surrounding area! So many walkable places and so much to see within a 15 minute drive. Loved it!

We had a lovely stay at Ivan’s. The apartment is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a quiet, peaceful location and an easy 15 minute walk down to the lake. Ivan was a great host - friendly, responsive and helpful throughout. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Bled.

Beautifully set up, just the necessary things laid out in drawers, mostly empty cupboards etc.

Everything was great! The accommodation cannot do justice to the photos, as it is so beautifully and lovingly furnished. Very spacious and everything your heart desires is available. The large sun terrace was our absolute highlight.

We had a great time at Miha's place! Spacious, clean and super well equipped apartment! Our 1 year old daughter was also safe everywhere as well as on the terrace! Having a bathtub is really a plus. Peaceful place that I recommend + ++ We'd love to come back

We only stayed one night here as we had an early flight out the next morning. The place was perfect! spacious, clean, kid-friendly, smooth check in, and close to the airport. Definitely would recommend the place for families to stay at.

Possibility of earlier check-in, friendly hosts, apartment completely fine for a week. Beds are reasonably hard, kitchen is complete, parking in the garage top. Had a nice stay!

Really nice appartment, wonderful view in the mountains, everything was fine.

We stayed with our two kids who loved their upstairs bedrooms. The house is modern but warm and homely at the same time. It's a really well designed place and Igor clearly cares about the comfort of his guests. it was spotless and we loved spending time here during a spell of rainy weather and simply watching the mountains change with the weather. It was great to find all the basics like oil, spices, dishwashing tabs etc. in abundance. Igor was always super kind and responsive. We would love to come back!

What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Beautiful chalet in a strategic location within walking distance to the ski slopes. We never moved the car. Quiet and well organized with plenty of space for everyone. Perfect heating, new bathrooms, super-equipped kitchen, top Christmas atmosphere, we entered with the Christmas tree lit. Beautiful stube with wood available. Parking for 2/3 cars and very quiet area. Super recommended!

Excellent Accomodation and the host, Boris, was great. We enjoyed our time thoroughly.

We were a group of 6 adults and one child and had a wonderful time in this house. The house was spotlessly clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – there was nothing missing. Amicie was very friendly and always quick to respond. We would come back any time and can highly recommend this house!
