Location was perfect for getting to Montezuma wildlife refuge. View of the lake was beautiful. House was clean and comfortable. Peaceful setting over looking the lake.

Great view of the river, passing ships, and fantastic sunsets… which is what we were looking for in our few days up on the River. place was nice and cozy. wish we had more time to relax and enjoy. I’d return here again!

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from a nearby college. Between the clean house, wonderful amenities and stunning view…we couldn’t have been happier.

Jacqualine’s place feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s HOME. Great quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, etc. — not just a rental filled with inexpensive furniture and supplies. Beautiful wide windows in the living space that look out at the river. Sturdy dock that was perfect for our kids to swim off of. Private parking with space to turn around so you’re not backing out onto a busy street. Plenty of spots to view amazing sunsets. The list of positives could go on…. Located in a quiet village with a pub, small market, coffee shop and a few boutiques, it’s a great location to set up home base if you want to be within easy driving distance (+/- 25min) of more touristy towns like Clayton and Alexandria Bay but still have some peace and quiet on the river.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We will be back to Napanee often to visit our new friend Heather. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. Happy thrifting. Linda and Paul and Maizie.

Daniel's place was beautiful overlooking swan bay.we had a relaxing time there, loved the view n house was great,.We had all the luxuries of home.We would highly recommend this place n would definitely pick this house to come back to

This place truly felt like a home away from home—beautiful, peaceful, and even better than the photos! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—and more. The host was very kind and responsive. He let us use the firewood he had stocked, provided two BBQ grills, and had lots of board games perfect for kids. The house is fully carpeted, so using the front door with shoes can get messy. We used the back door through the garage so our shoes could stay inside. You can tell the host is very clean and takes pride in the home. There are also two canoes (we didn’t use due to weather). Thousand Islands Boat Tour is just 37 minutes away—perfect for a day trip. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend the Little Blue Cottage! It was the perfect size, layout and location for our stay, which included four adults, two children and two dogs! We had plenty of space and the proximity to the lake from the cottage was fantastic and a short walk to Lodi Point State park for playground access and walkability was great. We really appreciated the ability to have our dogs with us during our stay. We'll be on our list of favorite stays within the FLX! Thank you!

We loved this place and wish we could come back (but it’s far from our home). Chris left us some delicious sweets and detailed map of great place to eat and places to go for nature walks. My handicapped Mom felt very comfortable and we all enjoyed the lake view and how peaceful the area is. My brother even saw a mink by the docks. And the host set up a bird feeder so Mom could watch the blackbirds and blue jays. I highly recommend this place. Upper floor w slanted ceiling would be difficult but not impossible for tall people. If it’s a hot day, I suggest turning on the air conditioner early, to cool down the upper floor bedrooms.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a two night stay at this lovely cottage at 67 Tullys Road, and it was the perfect little getaway! We went with 7 close friends, and the place gave us everything we needed to relax, have fun, and make amazing memories. The cottage is right on Pigeon Lake with beautiful views. It was super clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. It was soooo comfortable and cozy, we just didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed a BBQ, bonfire nights, and chilled mornings in the mosquito hut with tea and laughter. The gaming room with pool, table tennis, foosball, and badminton added so much fun! Big thanks to our wonderful hosts, Blessy and Sone,always friendly and helpful. Such a peaceful, fun, and heartwarming trip with friends. Highly recommend this place for a cozy weekend escape with loved ones!

We (couple, mid 40s) travel twice or three times a year and generally stay in holiday homes and we have never been in a house that comfortable, homely and tastefully decorated. The garden and lakeshore are just beautiful and calm and we would have loved to stay even longer. The house was equiped with everything we could think of and the communication with Robert and Kirsten was perfect. We hope to come back.

Rosemarie’s place was a delight - beautiful view of the water and the cabin itself was the perfect size. Plenty of boats to choose from and many places to lounge outside. Close to Kingston, but far enough from the city for peace and quiet.

Super easy check-in process. We arrived much later than planned, took a bit to figure out the parking situation but once we figured out where we were supposed to be the rest of the stay went very smoothly. Fantastic location, very peaceful, if it had been a little less windy that weekend we would have totally started a fire in the fire pit and sat by the water to enjoy the view. The cabin itself is very cozy, in a good way; efficient kitchen (not exactly set up to cook a full dinner but plenty fine for breakfast, though you wouldn't want to with Mimi's place not even 10 minutes away). One thing to note, the shower head is pretty low (I am under 6' and had to bend down a bit to get my head wet; on the plus side, I finally know how tall people feel!). Cabin had two full size beds, not ideal for a family but it worked out with the little one slept on the couch. Wifi was reliable for the most part, signal did drop sporadically. Overall, awesome place, will stay again.

My time here was very relaxing and worthwhile! The cabin was cute, cozy, and the land was beautiful. I loved sitting by the pond and having my morning coffee. If you walk to the edge of the woods in the morning, you can see spectacular sunrises because of how high in the valleys you are. I came during spring before things bloomed, but I would totally come here again during the fall or summer.

We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend (birthday) getaway. Nice private location with a view. Enjoyed the hot-tub while watching the first snowfall of the season, wood stove and the well stocked kitchen. Host even left some treats for my pup, which she really enjoyed and was very responsive/helpful. Pros: private location, right on the water, kayak/canoe/hot tub for use, well stocked kitchen, responsive host! Cons: (only 1!) mice! My dog could not stop hunting the cabin throughout our stay lol (she is dedicated, like a cat!) , and we did find some droppings on the dishes in the cupboards, before use. Overall - we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon!

Really good spot. Actually felt comfortable and clean unlike a lot of other Airbnbs. The place had solid and comfortable furnishings. It was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again.

Loved, loved, loved this place! Can't say I've stayed in a log cabin before, but Sarah's place looked and felt quite cozy. There was plenty of room for the five of us, and we had a great time. It had everything we needed, and Sarah was also quick to respond on any questions that we had. The screened-in porch and easy access to the lake were big pluses, and I personally took advantage of them a couple of times. If you're reading this review as a traveler, make sure to book this place if it comes up because you'll love it too.

Host was really great to work with. The house was wonderful for the 4 of us on our fishing trip. Plenty of room and close to stores if you forgot anything. Close to marinas if hauling a boat as well.

We had the best stay! It was very beautiful and relaxing. Ed was extremely kind and reasonable. We can’t wait to return and try out some of the on-site activities. Ed gifted us with some of his own maple syrup and it’s clear he and his wife are dedicated to what they do. Very much recommend :)
