Monthly Rentals in Lake Marion

We had a great time. The rental was extremely clean, up to date, and had everything we needed!! The photos represented exactly what was there. The host could not have been any nicer or easier to communicate with. We would definitely come back!!!

If you’re on the fence as to trying to decide or not to book don’t be. Juan and Martha are amazing and are very quick at responding to your messages unlike most. This home is beautiful, beautifully decorated and very clean. I’m a clean freak and absolutely nothing in this house as far as cleanliness was questionable. The beds are comfortable, it’s very quiet and peaceful here so you will sleep peacefully and comfortably. It’s a gated community which is a bonus for safety. Thank you Juan and Martha!

Gabriel was a quick, friendly communicator and easy to reach out to if we needed anything. There was an issue with the door lock the day after we got there (the batteries in the lock had died) and we were locked out for a few hours, but he sent out a locksmith to fix it and gave us an extra day free of charge to make up for it, which we appreciated. Overall, the place was nice and was walking distance from a good restaurant outside the neighborhood. The only things that I would improve is some of the cleaning and cosmetics. The pillows and blankets in the closet had stains on them and the front door and kitchen area had some stains and was a bit dusty. The couch pullout bed was bent, so we couldn't use it and some of the blinds were broken. With these things fixed, it would be perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider staying again when we return to Florida.

Beautiful home with perfect boat access! She had everything we could have needed and more! Plus she even left snacks! We will be back for sure!
