Monthly Rentals in Lake Julian

Cozy home with everything we needed for a relaxing 2 week stay for medical treatments. Jade worked with us prepping the home beforehand removing fragrances. We brought a cooler of food and the kitchen was quipped with everything we needed! The photos were accurate - it was soo cozy and relaxing; hubby and I especially enjoyed listening to several vintage record albums-what a nice nostalgic treat! While there wasn’t a closet available, we used the over-the-door hangar to hang what we needed and put the rest in drawers which were plentiful. Having a washer/dryer available kept us going for the 2 weeks without having to pack a lot of clothes. The little office nook was perfect for remote work. The home was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to main roads to go anywhere we needed, from our appointments to shopping to dining, although our favorite ice cream/lunch spot Baabal’s, was just a short drive away – quite a charming find! We definitely enjoyed our experience!!

Perfect for what I needed- a quick place to stay for the night, close to the airport, before an early flight home. 6 minutes from the Airbnb to ALV. Cozy spot with everything we needed for the night. 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Thanks Elizabeth!

We stayed at Lakefront Luxe for Spring Break. We had 4 kids with us and booked this house based on all there is to do. Thank goodness for all the games and amenities because we didn’t have the best weather. The kids had a blast and we couldn’t have enjoyed this house more! Location: This house is so convenient to Sierra Nevada, shopping, Biltmore and downtown so we loved the location. Kitchen: This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at an air bnb! It has everything and more! Great coffee bar and there were pastries and some other personal touches waiting on us. Beds: The mattresses, bedding and pillows were all so comfortable! We all slept great. Games/Amenities: I think we played it all! We went on the kayaks, paddleboard, enjoyed outside and all indoor games and movie room. I’ll say that if you’re looking for a mix between a lake house or mountain house, that doesn’t take forever to get to, this is a great option. We loved staying here!
