Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

We had a lovely stay in Menton, a beautiful town on the Côte d’Azur. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed. Orlane was an attentive host, quick to respond to any minor issues we had. The location was perfect for us, beautiful views of the ocean and a stones throw from restaurants and the beach. The walk into town via the steps or sloped street through the old town was delightful. There is lots to do in Menton, we enjoyed the old town, “Escaliers”, the beach and a the botanical gardens. We also took a day trip to Nice which was only 45 minutes by train along the scenic coastline. We would highly recommend Menton and Orlane’s apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Thank you Rutger and Elaine for your great communication and hosting.

The apartment is in a great location. As always, but this is a general problem in the country, there are parking problems nearby. Good level of overall cleanliness. Hospitality, kindness and availability of the owner at the highest levels. Recommended but beware of the stairs (there are three flights) especially if you have heavy luggage.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

We had a fantastic time in Giulia's beautiful holiday accommodation. The rooms are carefully furnished, clean and equipped with every comfort. We felt right at home. In the garden you will experience an oasis of peace, while the beach, shops and restaurants are around the corner. top location! For all our questions Giulia responded quickly, kindly and very helpful. Recommended!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

We had a lovely mother-daughter weekend in this studio. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the apartment was IM-PEC-CABLE clean. The studio is very well located, next to the beach, it was perfect! Thanks again to Eric and Catherine!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at Delphine's place - this apartment is equipped with everything you could need and very comfortably fit 2 people. Delphine met us at check in to show us where everything was in the apartment and was very flexible with check in timing. The black out blinds in the living room are excellent, making the apartment very dark for sleeping. For any super light sleepers, you can hear a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs and the cars outside but it is much quieter then any major city. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was fine, the only problem encountered was resolved in a few minutes, despite it being Easter Day, congratulations thanks Andrea we will certainly see each other again Claudio

Very kind host and super attentive to the needs of his guests. In our case, we had a baby and there was everything we needed for him! The apartment is 2 steps from the sea, and the view from the rooms is very beautiful. Recommended!
