Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Labinci

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

A really beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-maintained pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The different terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole singing and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, biking, swimming, chilling... it is 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! I'm sure we'll be back to your paradise.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

The best thing about the apartment was definitely the amazing views. The yard was also nice and big. It was nice to grill in the outdoor kitchen. Wi-Fi worked well. Andreja was nice, helpful and flexible with our check-in and check-out. The hot water pressure was very weak. I didn't even bother trying to wash my thick hair.

We were informed of everything relevant by Antonija for the entire period from booking to departure and accompanied in the chat. Since we arrived a little earlier than planned, we were also able to ask here and were even allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier, which is absolutely not self-evident. Check-in was contactless via a key box. After entering the apartment, snacks and a bottle of good wine were waiting for us in an absolutely clean kitchen and very invitingly furnished spaces. From the Airbnb you can get to Poreč very quickly and look at the idyllic town. You can also get to Pula or Novigrad very quickly, which ensures that you can always experience something. Cleaning utensils are also available in the apartment if you need them. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back!

Staying at Palmina was like staying with family. We felt right at home in this spacious and sparkling clean characteristic Croatian house with the super friendly and helpful Palmina as hostess. Three times she prepared a dish for us: a delicious borek on arrival, tomatoes with gorgonzola and mozarella as a side dish and a sourdough bread from her own starter that was still warm in a cloth at our front door in the morning. She also likes to think about excursions and gives useful and practical tips. The apartment has great views over the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres. You need a car for grocery shopping or visiting the coast, but we didn't find that a problem at all. If you like crowds, renting a lounger and parasol and lots of shops and restaurants, you can go directly downstairs to the coast. If you like more peace and quiet and your own towel, turn right downstairs and follow the coastal road until it gets greener.
