Vacation rentals with a patio in La Vergne

My husband and i came in for the AC/DC concert. The place was clean, and easy to get to places downtown. Whenever I had a question I got respectable response. Well worth the price and stay. Loved the extra added drinks in the refrigerator. Thank you again for your hospitality and making this such an easy trip away from home.

We enjoyed the Airbnb’s proximity to many restaurants as well as Belmont and Vanderbilt! The space itself was spacious and clean, and Brianna was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

I was very happy with my stay here. The building was great and in a great location in reference to my work stay for the convention center. Renee’s apartment was one of the more well equipped Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at and everything was clean and in great condition. I enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on and relax and it was quiet in after hours times. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville!

This place was spot on for location. Literally a five to ten minute walk to Broadway and all that live music. Very clean, and comfortable. And Thank you Ryan for extending us after the AC/DC concert was postponed a day. If I had time to work out or relax by the pool the facilities looked amazing. The only minor inconvenience, and this is nit-picky, is you sometimes have to wait for the main elevator which gets backed up. An excellent value, host and location.

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

My wife and I stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better experience with not only the AirBnB but with Zack. The place was clean, spacious and had a nice Nashville theme. It was about a 10-15 min walk to Broadway which has so much to do. Zack was great, answer any questions within a very reasonable time. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Awesome experience.

The house was perfect for what we needed- clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Great location to MTSU and local shops. Smooth check-in process. Would absolutely recommend if you need a place near MTSU in middle Tennessee.

Penny was very accommodating to my husband and I as we passed through Nashville during a storm and wanted a place to stay. The photos are accurate- her place is a converted garage/basement however it’s very well done and has thoughtful touches throughout. The best part is the beautiful back porch she has to enjoy coffee and the birds in the morning, with sweet neighborhood cats. Great neighborhood- some hidden gems are a 3 minute drive away. Would stay here again, thanks for accommodating Penny!

Great house for what we needed at a great price compared to other listings! Nice neighborhood that felt safe and family friendly. House was clean, and easy to check in and out of. Plenty of space as well! Casper has a great collection of DVDs which was fun for our group to look through and watch during our down time. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The place is just like the photos and peacefully surrounded by trees. it was the perfect home base for my trip.

I highly recommend booking with Rachel and Justin, this was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve experienced, not only is it ascetically pleasing the beds are very comfortable. Rachel place had everything my group needed, great vibes, I would definitely book again.

Home was very clean and host did an excellent job with remodel on bathrooms & beautiful vintage kitchen! Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Fantastic stay near the Gulch. Very cute decor and clean. Easy walking distance to lot's of highly recommended restaurants, shops and live music (Station Inn, Rudy's). We walked to Broadway (about 25 minutes) or it's a quick Uber/Lyft ride away. One minor thing to mention is it can be loud at times when the party buses arrive/depart from the bar next door. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

The condo is well placed for the touristy spots and bar scene! The building is nice, has an excellent gym and the view of the sunset from the living room was beautiful. We even took a quick cold plunge in the pool. 😊 weather dependent, there’s lots of outside amenities! We didn’t cook so I didn’t check out their cooking stuff. We did use the large fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. And they did have enough towels, paper towels and toilet paper, cleaning stuff, etc. As for sleeping, the main bed is a full and not a queen. Not a deal breaker by any means, but thought you might want a heads up. They do have an ample amount of extra single sleepers (a cot, a reclining sofa and a fold out chair.) The host team was excellent with communication from booking through the whole trip. We are grateful it was a good landing spot for our short trip to Nashville.

Gleicy’s place was clean, comfortable, and close to broadway (walking distance). Gleicy was very responsive and clearly communicated.

Rented this place for a bachelor party. Absolutely perfect location. Many of the attractions are within walking distance. Really pretty area. The apartment had enough room for all of the guys to hang out and chill in. Would recommend to anybody coming down to Nashville!

Great place to stay! Cute, clean, great location. The building is a bit rowdy, but it’s Nashville so not surprising.

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!
