Ginny and Philip and phoenix were great host, they responded to me pretty timely and had great recommendations. The place was spacious for our group of friends and if we went back would definitely look at booking with them again.

Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

Great location, easy to walk around. Stayed 6 nights and felt right at home. Amazing Private pool and shaded lounge area, had an incredible view of the sunset! May have been nice to know that the pool was missing a pane of glass, we had intending to use floaty in the pool but didn’t feel safe doing so, but with that being said it was amazing to have and great to spend time in. Communal pool was shared by 6 or 7 units, never busy and well maintained. Host was great, super responsive and VERY accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. AC in every room, in suite laundry was a huge bonus! Walking distance to PePe food truck, had incredible tacos for a great price. If you wanted something more upscale El Agavero had great food! OG for breakfast was awesome. Found that most of the best meals we had were closer to the Airbnb and not on the main (highway 307). Super cool area in general, C.7 Sur had great shops, food and bars. Always felt Safe walking around even at night.

Jorge was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. If you have a longer stay the washing machine is a definite plus.

This place is one of the most economically advantageous places you’ll find in Tulum. We prefer Air B&B’s instead of resorts as we are foodies and like to experience local culture and flavor. The rooftop pools made everything extra comfortable for us and looks like a photo shoot should be taking place. It’s beautiful! It had air conditioning which was a relief from the hot days outside and there were plenty of great eateries close by. The laundry facilities were very beneficial. I will most definitely be returning with my boyfriend for our next trip since I have family who live close by. I think I’ve found my Tulum spot!

BEAUTIFUL space and property! Loved having a spacious suite to ourselves. The unit was clean, perfectly decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Hosts made sure we were set up to have our small children stay with us comfortably. Amenities were five star. Pool area is amazing, offered wellness classes were luxurious, on site restaurant had great food & great service. Lots of other travellers / expats / locals to chat with around the common areas as well. It truly felt like spending time at a Four Seasons. Hope to stay again!

We booked this home for a bachelorette weekend, and it did not disappoint. We used the chef for meals when we stayed in, and the food was fantastic. Celine was very helpful during the months leading up to the trip and Sofia was amazing as the concierge during our stay. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you so much!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Blue Deer Residences! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care. Lesley was an amazing host—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by giving us fantastic local recommendations and even helped with making reservations and bookings. To ensure our 7-month old daughter was comfortable, Lesley provided a pack-n-play and ordered a baby bath tub and high chair just for us - talk about above and beyond! Her staff was equally exceptional—professional, kind, and always one step ahead in taking care of our every need - truly top notch service from the housekeeping ladies, maintenance staff, Victor and Dayvis! The property itself is stunning, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Blue Deer Residences if you're looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Tulum. We'll definitely be back soon!

Very close and walkable to local restaurants and convince store. Nice and clean. Host was very responsive when we messaged them. Overall loved our visit

Spent a week and loved it. Easy to walk into town or to the ADO bus stop or to the ruins, easy to catch a taxi or bus at Starbucks. Several places to eat nearby. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there's even a pleasant walking trail nearby. Inside the house is stylish and well organized and clean. A quick dip in the pool after a hot day is fantastic Internet speed was great for working. The bed was nice and firm. Lovely garden in the front. Very peaceful. And the host left a bunch of tasty snacks. The host was also super friendly. I recommend the place.

I stayed at Brit’s place with a group of 4 couples! The experience was amazing! The property was accurately depicted. The best part that made the trip convenient was the house manager Asuncion! Everything we needed he promptly showed up and assisted. Brit was sure so stay in contact with me and suggested vendors to use.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Absolutely loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Gorgeous apartment! Everything in the apartment is very high quality. Loved the large sofa and that there is so much seating the in the living room so we could all relax together in the evenings. Has a washer that is also a dryer, plus a drying rack. The private rooftop is beautiful and relaxing. We loved that all windows and doors had screens so we could enjoy the natural breeze. Tons of great restaurants on the main street of the neighborhood within 10 minutes walking. Very safe, we walked at night too. 15 minutes drive to Tulum Ruins and Tulum Beach, very convenient. Roads inside neighborhood are rough so be careful if driving. Many nice common areas in the building. Comes with a parking spot in underground garage which was helpful. Have someone that works there walk you up to apartment, not just tell you how to get there, all sections of the complex look alike. You will not regret booking this place!

Wonderful place to escape the winter. We stayed here for 2 months and enjoyed every minute of it. Ron’s home was comfortable, cozy, convenient and meticulously equipped with everything anyone would need to feel right at home. Perfect location and quiet complex. Would absolutely recommend.

This place was amazing! From the moment I got there, everything was perfect. Everyone I talked to was so helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I booked a few excursions through the Airbnb and they were all awesome—super fun and really well planned. The condo itself was beautiful, super clean, and felt really comfortable the whole time. It had everything I needed and more. I honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re thinking about booking, just go for it—you’re going to love it!

Very pleasant stay and the best service. Everything was clean, the host was very helpful and the place is amazing. You can enjoy the privacy of its rooftop and see unique sunsets in the middle of the jungle. 100% recommended.

We had a great time at Fernanda’s place at Ophelia. She was always very responsive and helpful when the microwave was not working or had a water issue. It was resolved in less than a day. The apartment is big and clean but the pool is the highlight. Very big! We would come again for sure.
