Serviced apartment vacation rentals in La Veleta

We had a really nice stay and would have loved to stay even longer. The room is huge and so is the bed. The balcony was super nice and the whole place is just very beautiful and cozy. The communication with Denise was very easy and nice - she was always happy to help also with request for a scooter rental or a second blanket. Check in and check out were super easy. Keep in mind that this is not in the middle of the Centro so you will need a scooter to get around. But we liked it because the neighborhood was very quiet. Also it is super close to Holistika which was nice for yoga and food! Would totally book again and stay here when in Tulum :)

Heads up, the pin point in here is wrong. I would contact the host ahead of time to get a better pin point. The directions didn't help too much either. Also, if you stay 10 min past check out they will shut down the electricity. Other than that, the place was gorgeous, the rooms were great. Very relaxing!

I like the location of the place, there are supermarkets nearby, it is close to Parque el Jaguar and it is near the Av Prinicipal to tour and look for places of interest.

Great, very friendly. Adriana always answers and Jesus is super attentive and available for whatever we needed. The apartment is spacious and has everything, even a kitchen with wine glasses. The large fridge, everything is excellent

Service was excellent! Vanessa was great at communicating with us and checking on us daily. The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, zona hotelera is a short cab ride away. Would recommend for the value!

Wonderful spot to rest after day long adventures! They have Netflix WiFi and AC, as well as an outlet adapter for USB and European chargers. They also provide bikes, which in my opinion, is the best was to get around Tulum. Would definitely stay there again for a future trip!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Stephanie’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect – very convenient and peaceful with nearby spots,. It was easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly attentive and communicative. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Had a great stay with my family. Would absolutely come back and stay. Loved the scooter rentals right at the property, which made getting around a breeze.

Our favorite part of the vacation was here - we spent 3-4 unforgettable days here. The neighborhood is great - you can walk to 20 restaurants, in 2 steps opposite there is a 24-hour 7 eleven with everything you need. There is a bike/quad bike rental nearby. We cycled to the ruins of Tulum, there is a bike path to them, we also cycled to the beach, there is no bike path, but the traffic was calm. We took a taxi to the beaches, train station and synots using Indrive, it was cheaper. We also took a bus from Tulum to Chichen Itza. The complex is very cool - several swimming pools, very quiet, the rooms are well isolated from each other, other guests did not interfere with our vacation in any way. The apartment is crystal clean and well equipped. The private jacuzzi brightened our evenings. Edgar was very accommodating and open. Helped with all questions, gave useful and clear recommendations, responded promptly. His participation also helped us fully enjoy our stay there

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nice and quiet! There’s a wonderful coffee shop in walking distance and a quick walk to main road to catch a cab. Lovely place and decor is beautiful. Loved our stay. Sergio was very responsive and friendly.

An excellent place to spend a few pleasant and relaxing days; the location is good you have access to various places according to the plans you have in mind. The host has a very good attitude, is on the lookout, which makes the stay feel at home.

Apartment is great. Especially how clean everything. For me is really important. In apartment we had everything for a comfortable stay. Saiid is very friendly and responded quickly to all questions. We have a construction in a next building but it’s everywhere in Tulum now.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, as seen in the photos. It has basic cleaning and kitchen supplies. Likewise, the host was very attentive and diligent in her work.

Everything is very good, the place is very nice

This is great place if you really want to be alone, have some peace and quite, and be connected to nature. It's a bit off the beat and path, with a dirt road, but taxi's go there and you can even order from Uber Eats. There is also a local corner store two blocks away. They don't have everything, but I requested some items be stocked and they had them there the next time I came in. Also, the host was very responsive to all my needs, so I appreciated that a lot.

Access to the apartment is easy through location. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, the quiet area, no noise. the pool very close to the apartment, easy access. overall a very comfortable stay.

The room is very nicely furnished, the air conditioning works very well and the parking space is spacious. Very attentive at check-in and check-out.

This accommodation is excellent if you want to go to Zamna, it is literally a 15-minute walk away. The host is very friendly, helped us with recommendations and always answered immediately. The apartment is very clean too. It is not far from downtown but transportation is complicated, the vans that take you there take a long time and at the nearby stop they are very crowded. Although if you have a car, everything is fine.

I found the apartment to be comfortable, with good facilities (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) and spacious enough. The location is very good, the building is a few meters from Av. Cobá, which is the road that goes down to Jaguar Park (the entrance is 2.5km from the building), across the street is Chedraui, which is practical for the stay, in addition to having restaurants nearby.

Lovely appartment and beautiful building! Felt right at home. Would definitely stay again :)
