Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Veleta

The whole vacation experience was super easy thanks to Nayi. Nayi was present during our check in and explained us all the amenities about the place . She recommended us so many places at Tulúm and helped us get trustable transportation . Everything worked perfect at the villa . We had a power outage but it was not the villas fault . Good A/C, water heater , cleaning supplies and entertainment equipment was present and functional. Checkout was super easy thanks!

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

We had difficulty finding the place at first, but the friendly people in the area helped us find it. We felt safe from the first moment. The place was as pictured, you had everything you needed. It was clean and pleasant. The pool was small but enough to cool off properly. Besides, it was like a private pool, since no one but us was there. Since there is a lot of construction work going on in the area, the roads are not yet paved and there are occasional noises. In the evening it is sometimes a little noisier, as the bars in the area turn the music up a little too loud. We are satisfied with the stay and thank you!

Excellent apartment with swimming pool (single pool) . In a modern complex with natural decor respecting the surroundings of the city.. That has everything you need for nice stay in Tulum. A tip, be careful with the accesses because the streets are almost impassable. The place doesn't almost have a phone signal reception. It has internet in the room. And at the reception of the condominium. With those exceptions the stay, it's almost 100%. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The complex has permanent access security, they keep it very clean, it is very nice, it has a swimming pool, gym and a terrace for meetings. It's quiet and calm

Amazing beautiful brand new building. Extremely clean and very safe location. A quick taxi or bike away from the main beach area or Tulum center.

10/10 would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - booking taxis, private yoga classes, and a private chef dinner for our group. I came with a large group and it simply wouldn't have been possible to organize everything without their help. They always responded within minutes. Our large group of 16 was very comfortable with the sleeping and room accommodations. The complex itself is beautiful. Very high quality and looks like the photos. Pretty centrally located - almost equal distance to the beach hotel zone and downtown. The neighborhood had some cute shops/restaurants and was walkable.

Despite some of Tulum’s random power outages because of the city wide development, and spotty cellphone usage in the area, this was a fantastic stay! Host was always responsive and a joy to deal with when anything came up, and very communicative with updates. Suite and building is clean, safe and quiet. If you are looking for walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightlife, this isn’t the best option. But if you are looking for a quiet, tranquil and a home away from home that you can enjoy a nice quiet evening after a busy day exploring Tulum, this is the place to be!

Enjoyed tulum with Claudia’s beautiful home. Would recommend if you are looking for something private but still close to everything. Rosa and Vito were also very helpful!

An amazing and unique property! The garden was like an oasis, the house like a dream. Beds were very comfortable, easy to control the climate in each room, everyone had their own charming, beautifully decorated space and bathroom. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, day or night, located just a few minutes from anything you need. Alla had great recommendations for dinner, beach club, breakfast...all were spot on! We used the location as a jump point to visit Sian Ka'an, Aktun Chen cenote in Akumal, Chichen Itza, and, of course, the ruins and various beaches in Tulum. It was ideal for us (two adults and three teens) to stay in the town, just a short drive to the beaches and beach scene, and feel happily situated in a friendly neighborhood.

I highly recommend this Airbnb. Lety was really responsive and flexible with my arrival. Thanks, Lety! She also gave us great recommendations for our trip, amazing spots to visit and great restaurants — even some hidden gems. If you want to avoid the crowded places, ask for her recommendations. The cenotes were amazing. The apartment was well-equipped, and each room had a spot for working. The internet was great as well. Our stay was awesome and this will be our go-to spot any time we return to Tulum!
