Die Unterkunft entsprach all unseren Erwartungen . Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt . Das besondere , er ist mit Cenoten Wasser gefüllt . Vielen Dank für den nette Betreuung , Alessandro ist ein toller Gastgeber .

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

Celebrated 2 birthdays with 6 couples (12 people) and loved our stay. Every couple had their own room and bathroom who co was perfect. All the pictures were accurate but seeing everything in person was even better. The concierge Orlando was great in helping us plan chef meals, transportation and booking excursions. We had massages arranged at the house and 5 meals cooked. Everything was very smooth and they were so accommodating. The beds were comfortable. And house was fully stocked with anything we needed. It’s about 10 mins from main Tulum beach strip and about 40 mins to Tulum airport. Check-in and checkout was easy and they were flexible with us which we so appreciated as everyone arrived and departed at different times. We did have minor issue with neighbors playing loud music early morning a couple of the days, but no reflection on our hosts. They did handle quickly which was great. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful house in quite location. Has everything you need. Access road terrible but as advertised. When decided to sportem our stay Emmanuel was very kind to refund. Really appreciated.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

El departamento y las amenidades cumplieron con todas las expectativas y la relación precio-calidad es inigualable, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí. La zona es tranquila y céntrica para hacer muchas actividades alrededor, gracias a Marco y Charly por sus atenciones!

2 adults - 4kids this place was perfect for us. The house is beautiful and it smells really good! The kitchen has everything you need to make an amazing meal. We even hired the private chef Tony. My kids had a wonder time in the pool. The only complaint was the deck and pool that were not cleaned when we arrived. The last day there was a power outage in the city, Rachel extended our check out so we could have breakfast and do a load of laundry. The house is secluded, and you need a car. This isn’t the house for you if you are not planning to have a car. It is at least 20-25mins from all the restaurants and shops. The best part was Rachel and her team (Mario/Angela) who were outstanding! They are on top of it, making sure their guests are taking care of and no matter the time they responded to all my inquiries. Keep up the good work!

This house is lovely! We had a girls trip here and it was such a great spot for a group. The house layout is great, the pool set up is perfect and it looks exactly like the photos. Truly the best part was all the help from Rebecca. I’ve never had such incredible support and communication from a host before - from helping us book a private chef, poolside cocktail service and shuttles around town, to suggesting a beach clubs and restaurants for dinner. She was amazing!

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

The stay was really great and we were very happy with the apartment and the facilities. The price-performance ratio is top! The check-in was very pleasant and uncomplicated and we were warmly welcomed by Luis Daniel. He was an extremely helpful host who helped us promptly with any questions we had. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and practically furnished. Unfortunately, it was a bit dark in the apartment at night. There was no light in the kitchen, which I think could be improved. We were provided with enough towels for our 8 day stay. The whole complex, the pool and the apartment were very clean. Only the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower could be improved a bit. The residence is large, but you still feel comfortable and it is quiet. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around. I can recommend the apartment to anyone and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much!

BEAUTIFUL space and property! Loved having a spacious suite to ourselves. The unit was clean, perfectly decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Hosts made sure we were set up to have our small children stay with us comfortably. Amenities were five star. Pool area is amazing, offered wellness classes were luxurious, on site restaurant had great food & great service. Lots of other travellers / expats / locals to chat with around the common areas as well. It truly felt like spending time at a Four Seasons. Hope to stay again!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

Ahi te va : Recomiendo totalmente el lugar. Cuando voy a tulum siempre busco a Liz como host y esta fue una excelente recomendación que me hizo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario y fue perfecto para estar lo suficientemente cerca del barrio mas bonito de Tulum y de la playa en la zona hotelera sin padecer del ruido y el ajetreo. Para transportarme liz me ayudó a rentar un scooter a muy buena tarifa y también hay un sitio de taxis en el hotel mistiq que se encuentra a unas cuadras. Ahi mismo hay dos restaurantes deliciosos que tienen que probar!!! Lo que más me enamoró fue la terraza, subi a comer ahi todos los días y el jacuzzi al atardecer es lo máximo. Los ruidos de construcción fueron mínimos, no fue un problema. Sin duda volveré

Pristine location on a private beach, perfect for recharging. We felt very safe with groundskeepers on site and a locked gate. The only negative was the accessibility. You MUST have a lifted vehicle to get to the house otherwise you risk damaging your vehicle or getting stuck. There is an 8 mile dirt road with elephant-sized potholes and sharp, several feet high bumps from old washouts. The 8 miles took 90+ minutes to complete. Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it. The host and groundskeepers were responsive. Would absolutely go back.

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

It was a bit difficult for us to get there since we didn’t have a car, but Valentin made sure to make it easier for us. The experience was very good, and he cooks deliciously, would definitely go back again!

La estancia fue muy tranquila y placentera. La cama está muy cómoda y el baño tiene todo lo necesario, además de estar muy limpio. Tienen quemadores por si se requiere cocinar algo y un pequeño refrigerador, además de utensilios de cocina básicos. La alberca es bonita y hay una mesa afuera del cuarto especial para tomar un vino en medio de la naturaleza. Finalmente, puedo decirles que el personal es muy amable. Iliana, la encargada, fue amable y clara con los señalamientos que nos dio. Lucy y Marcos, en la cocina y bar respectivamente, estuvieron atentos, amables y con una preparación de primer nivel en los alimentos. En general fue una muy grata experiencia para disfrutar y descansar.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeronimo’s place. This is an idyllic cabin on a pristine, secluded beach in a wildlife preserve— a truly one-of-a-kind place. Jeronimo was so proactive in helping us find the place and even specially looked out for us when we arrived super late. My only wish was that we had more time to spend on the beautiful property and beach!

Just amazing. Nothing else to say then book it now and don't wait one more second if you feel drawn to this place ! It's magical. In the middle of the jungle, away from the craziness of the town. Patricio and everybody involved in this project are beautiful lovely souls, always there to help you out or give you a ride. Everything about this place is magical. If you're visiting Tulum for the whole hipster spiritual phenomena and for partying unconsciously and continue destroying the little bit of nature and authenticity remaining there don't even bother (or maybe do and this will teach you something!). This place is for people who want to make different choices and put the money in the right places to embody the change and help the planet be a better, more conscious place.

Bug Warning!!! If you aren't comfortable with giant bugs, this is NOT the place for you!!! Otherwise, absolutely wonderful place. Beautiful and unique tree house kind of setting in the Jungle. Nice pool, although we did not use because we were scared of the bugs hahaha. Nice kitchen, we did use it and it was great for making dinner. Gas range! Has two refrigerators, one large and one small. Plenty of space for food despite off grid setting. We only plugged in the small one to save energy. Nice book of information in Spanish & English, including local recommendations, et cetera. That would have been nice at the other places we stayed. Overall great experience, super clean comfortable bed, nice shower, just wanted to note that the bugs are very different than in America!!! :) Thanks for hosting us!
